Lately became a Headphone enthusiast, and these are my collections
Urbanista Miami
Bang & Olufsen H4
Sony WH1000XM4
Lenovo YOGA
You have quite a great collection. B&O and that Sony rocks. My friend has the latest XM5 bought by his employer for work. Dude rocks it all day! Features on that headphone is just so much. I particularly liked the hand gesture cup of one of the of the headphone to talk to someone without having to manually reduce your music volume.

Thanks bro, however the QCY HT08, HT05, Soundcore P30i, QCY T13 etc, i have tried them all, they are good on their respective ways but anything with silicon or in ears do give me pain & make me uncomfortable, that's why I'm looking for airpods type earbuds populary known as semi in ears(they just sit in your ears without going in deep)

If it's about bass, i was already satisfied with the Soundcore P30i, that thing thumps very well
Oh, I missed the part about the silicon. Unfortunately, I have no recommendation on that type of airpod-like buds.

They should be vertically mounted in an open space. It should be the best orientation. I don't like this technology.
Not mounted vertically, but rather with space underneath, ideally over a reflective surface, to capture reflected sunlight on the rear side of the panel.

The tilt angle should be around 10° to 40°, depending on the region of the country.

Mounting it on a roof wastes the bifacial power gain and unnecessarily burdens your roof with more weight, as it is heavier than an equivalent conventional monofacial PV panel.

Sibrah:
most people do not leave room for the bifacial to reflect rays and generate more power. Just dump it on the roof and expect magic.
Stuff is even heavier. Not ideal for roof mount.

Who has used any semi in ear earbuds with the biggest bass possible?

I need one, I've heard good things about 1more Q10, Soundpeats air 5 lite, Soundcore K20i, anyone has experience with any of these earbuds or know any bass heavy semi in ear earbuds, I'm a bass head & will like to get one as in ear earbuds i have with silicon tips gives me ear pain
Try the QCY HT05.

AWESOME bass.

Been rocking one for a year now. Super clear call mics. Mics so good you can make calls in noisy place.

i went to their office myself and checked out both haisic and bread. I'm beating my chest and telling you that bread is a better inverter. Better mppt specs, 60a against 100a, better pv voltage range

Single cooling fan and air vent on haisic against dual cooling fan and 2 air vents on each side on the bread. (This alone means better performance)

I held both on my hands.
Oh, just that I never saw the load handling capacity of Bread. Would love user's review on that.

What's Bread's PV voltage range?

Grid voltage fluctuate between 70v-150v in my area until i wrote an email to Ikeja Electric, though they did not contact me but there is significant improvement. The voltage is between 120v-210v now.
Invest in a good servo stabiliser. Those that trust NEPA with their equipment dey try. I don't trust 'em one bit.

Please, does anyone have any experience with inverter being exploded?

A customer called and told me yesterday that his 5kva 48v Felicity hybrid inverter exploded at about 8pm and smokes were every where.

Though I'm sending someone to his house today to check what actually happened but I tried asking him certain questions to know what actually happened. He told me there was nepa light (low current) but the house was running by the solar. The weather was normal and lightning/thunder at all.

The installation was perfectly done.
Components like MOSFETs and capacitors can go out with a bang.

Nothing to worry about, I've had a few experience of having it go POW! while actually checking some.

Pretty loud bang. Most times it could be a result of a lot of things ranging from voltage surges, cooling fan failure, too much dust on components leading to thermal runway etc.

Once that happens, inverter needs to visit the service centre. But to the uninitiated they may think it's a bomb grin

“I Began Collecting Them Years Ago and Now Have Over 650”:

This Man Has Been Powering His Home With Laptops Since 2016
An ordinary homeowner turned discarded laptop batteries into a powerful energy source that has kept his house running for nearly a decade. This surprising approach combines old tech with solar power in an unexpected way.

24 440 watt capacity panels
Each battery pack is rated at 100 amp hours

Since 2016, a dedicated energy autonomy enthusiast in Farmingdale, New York, has been powering his entire home using more than 650 recycled laptop batteries. His system is installed in a shed roughly fifty meters from his house, where discarded lithium-ion cells are carefully harvested and assembled into a custom battery array. This unconventional energy solution combines recycled batteries with solar panels to create a fully off-grid power system, providing continuous electricity for nearly a decade.

Source: India Defence Review
The one thing I love about the US is the vast land one owner can easily have. Imagine owning a property where you can afford to have a shed 50 meters away from your house in Nigeria.

Just for one second imagine that.

I love it for the man, many love the idea of going "off grid" in the USA for a variety of reasons ranging from independence from the government to saving cash in not having to pay for power bills.

I think there was a particular sale going on at that time.

After that, it reverted to normal.

Funny thing is, the price didn't change grin
Most "sales" in most Chinese e-commerce websites are just an avenue to push sales. Most times the "discounts" aren't real as prices are often inflated and reduced to give a semblance of a discount.

Nice. Build! How much will it cost to have this setup witttth all necessary components.
Does it2,ww#ithh l$sss, have an inbuilt inverter, charge controller etc?
What and what can it power after sunset?
Strictly to be charged with solar panels, what wattage can do it in South South, with lesser sunlight?

I need to start somewhere. My major need is to charge laptop forr my work during daytime while the family powers tv(32"wink, Decoder and 6 units of 10w bulbs. Fans and others can wait.
Add up all your load in watts

Then divide 1300wh (1.3kwh) with it to get the backup hours.

Eg if your total load is like Tv = 55w , decoder = 20w, bulbs 60w and fans (I don't know type so I'd assume 60w for one)

Total load = 55+20+60+60 = 195w

Total time of backup = 1300/ 195 = 6.6 hours. So we will be looking at approximately 6 hours or thereabouts with such load.

solar generators are good for mobility...you can just put in your car..drive to a park and garden and provide energy for several needs. with your fixed system at home am sure you cannot easily do the same.
If mobility ain't a part of use case you totally don't need a solar generator. But if you need power on the move or for a short stay at a location without power, then totally get yourself one.

We just replaced a Lead acid with this

It only managed 52,369AH, approximately 261 Cycles less than 2 years e don degrade to 10% capacity cheesy cheesy

Now we have installed 3.6kwh with 1.5kva Hybrid
I have people who swore that LA is cheaper. I no dey convince anyone. They'll learn.

omo you're right, they just took light and the shocking have stopped.

It's leaking from the mains. How do I trace this?
Try running an independent earth. When you've done this, remove the "follow come earth" which most times ain't effective.

it's just the battery handles and terminal that is shocking but the inverter is not.

Please who can help me resolve this issue.

Only the battery and terminals of the battery that are shocking nothing else.
This type of "shocking" problem is almost always caused by some form of leakage of the 220V AC mains voltage.

Many devices and appliances have a small leakage current that only becomes noticeable if there is no proper earth (ground) connection.

Test for AC Leakage: Use a multimeter to measure AC voltage between the battery metal parts and earth ground. Any significant AC voltage indicates a faulty charger or wiring issue that must be fixed or replaced

Based on other people's experiences, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you are into DIY, you can always buy it. Should the BMS still behaving a certain way you don't like, you can always swap it out.

You can still buy it and update the thread. Nothing beats experiencing something yourself cool

Bread, omo the mppt specs on this inverter is bloody. Also has a wifi communication port.
If you buy up to thirty pieces of inverter in China, you can have whatever name you like printed on the inverter. If you like Plantain as name, you'd get it.

China doesn't care. They just want to sell.
