Let us see if truly all wine mentioned in the Bible are alcoholic. Kindly read the below passage.

11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.


Verse 10 says the bad wine is brought out and served to people after they have WELL DRUNK. The governor of the wedding was surprised that in this case, the good wine was brought out last after people have WELL DRUNK.

To you guys who say it was alcoholic wine that Jesus miraculously gave at the wedding, what you are saying is that when people were totally drunk and wasted, Jesus now gave them MORE. He gave them more so that those who will drive home will have accident.

No buddy, he gave them more fruit juice. Read the passage below which talks about alcoholic wine. Look at how the bi le described it's effect which is exactly how one feels after drinking alcohol

When you say it was alcoholic wine Jesus miraculously turned water into, what you are saying is that Jesus exposed those people to start beholding strange women and say junk as seen in verse 33 above.

Can you now see how wrong you are? The Bible not only kicks against drinking alcohol, it also says we shouldn't look at it as seen in verse 31@bixton @mcval @neddstark

Stop misinterpreting the verses of the Bible to convince people. I'm a wine distributor and I can tell you that there are various qualities of wine, be it alcoholic or non-alcoholic. There are red wines that really taste bad and there are those that taste very good. like wise the non-alcoholic ones. So when you talk about a good wine it's all about the quality and not the type. I'm a Catholic, we've always used alcoholic red wines for Mass right from the days of St. Peter who was the first Pope. You think the church was wrong to have been using it for Mass? John was only eating locust and wild honey, he didn't like normal food. For that, they said he had a devil. Did John have a devil? No. This means he was falsely accused.

Jesus loved normal food and drink etc eater, non-alcoholic wine, but those false accusers called him a glutton and a drunkard. According to you, because those people accused Jesus if drinking alcohol,
then it means he use to drink it. Why not also believe it when they said he was a drunkard and a glutton?

Please stop confusing people the more. Alcohol intake is not a sin. The Bible only cautions us not to take too much of it in order not to get drunk and fall into sin. For the records, there is no verse in the Bible that says that when Jesus turned water into wine at the wedding the wine was non-alcoholic. No verse says it was a non-alcoholic wine. By the way who told you there was non-alcoholic wine in those days.

Lol! Another Julius Malema is born. Once they lose an election then they call for a revolution. He shouldn't have contested in the first place. Shut the hell up if you don't know the truth. I witnessed the paying of most of these people gathered there as the massive crowd. I'm resident here in Makurdi and my job takes me to the nooks and crannies of this town. I saw when tricycle drivers were being mobilised and paid cash this morning for the rally. I know someone who was given the contract of providing over 30 town service buses to bring people from the rural areas to Makurdi for this rally. Most of the people you see in that crowd were brought in from the villages and paid meagre amounts by the sitting governor of the state. Politicians are renting crowds everywhere and a lot of Nigerians are being fooled by this. A governor who owes civil servants over 5 months salary and pensioners about a 11 months pensions. Majority Of Benue people are waiting for the election day to kick him out. He doesn't have genuine supporter here in the state. He is just fighting a lost battle. Our PVCs will speak on that day. We are waiting!

You better go for the contract job and forget the state civil service job. Job security my foot! That is how they've been deceiving people with the 'job security slogan'. Nothing there is secured when even your future/life after retirement is not even secured. Salaries are being owed and pensions are not even regular talk less of gratuities. I had to resign from the state civil service where I was retained after my service year to join the private sector. Today I run my own distribution company to the Glory of God.

I'm a Catholic but, let's face the truth. Today in the Catholic Church once a Priest has the gift of Prophesy, healing and deliverance it becomes an issue. All the other priests without this gift along with the Bishop of that Diocese will gang up against him. We all know why this has been the trend. Envy and Jealousy. All the other priests and the Bishop will start feeling like they are being made to look ordinary before their congregation. Every Priest cannot have the same gift. By the way, how can you expect a Priest with a questionable lifestyle to have these gifts? God is not foolish, you cannot fool God. Some of our Priests have let us down big time with their shameful lifestyle. And these same priests are the first to discredit the annointed ones amongst them. The Priesthood is neither a job nor a business but a Calling. We know there are no jobs these days but please don't join the Priesthood if you don't have the calling. Most of you celebrate Mass these days as if it is a public function without solemnity.
