PoliticsNigeria Electricity Facts - #revolutionnow by meavox(op): 5:17am On Aug 19, 2019
From Whatsapp post:

==================================================================

NIGERIA ELECTRICITY FACTS

1500 MW of electricity is roughly what is typically needed for a city of 1 million people in industrialized nations.

In contrast, most days the entire country of Nigeria with 200 million people and growing by the day, generates about 4000 MW of electricity.

By simple calculation, with a population of 200 million we need about 300,000 MW of electricity to ever be a global player, which the most populous Black nation on earth really ought to be.

We have just 4000 MW yet need 300,000 MW for our large population. That's a shameful 1.3%....
We all know that the public money budgeted for electrification has been stolen by those charged with serving us, and who pledged before God and man to work for our welfare.

Leaders are PAID to SERVE the people, not to STEAL our common wealth, then trample over the people, and use state power to keep us in submission and virtual slavery.
Will we ever get the electricity we need for a comfortable life and thriving businesses if we don't change the way things are done in Nigeria?

Urgency is needed to rearrange and rebuild this country for in just 31 years when our population doubles to 400 million we will need 600,000 MW of electricity.

Our leaders have completely let us down. Liberation, emancipation from corruption and corrupt leadership is needed for development and a decent life to be ours!

Complete and proper electrification of Nigeria is long overdue. We must be liberated from forces that tie us down.

419 leaders do not deserve our respect or our allegiance!

Liberation Now! Emancipation Now!

Please share widely.

Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT):

Summary of Final Address bothering on President Buhari’s Qualification by Chidi Cali

1️⃣Buhari’s own witnesses under cross-examination admitted to the fact that Buhari did not possess a school certificate.

2️⃣Buhari may have attended primary school, Secondary school and Military, but pass no exam and have no certificate.

3️⃣Buhari’s lawyer failed to prove that his ability to speak and write in the English language and presenting pictures taken in a school environment does not constitute or represent a certificate as required by the Constitution and Electoral Act; nor is it known to any law.

4️⃣The Cambridge University certificate tendered by Buhari before the tribunal, was whittled down as a bogus document and disowned by Buhari’s own witnesses.

5️⃣The Cambridge University documents: A comparison of the bogus Cambridge Assessment International Education Certifying Statement of the purported West African Examination Council (WAEC) certificate and a certified true copy of the purported confidential result sheet of the University of Cambridge West African School Certificate of 1961 for the Provincial Secondary School, Katsina reveals many discrepancies in the suppose result.

One listed 8 subjects that the candidate therein mentioned one ‘Mohamed Buhari’ allegedly sat for.

The other has 6 subjects, both documents are therefore unreliable as both cannot be correct. The contradiction must count against the 2nd respondent”.

6️⃣The false claim by Buhari, that Buhari attended, Elementary School, Daura and Mai Aduwa 1948-52. Elementary School Daura is totally different from Mai Aduwa, their locations are totally different.

Buhari also claimed he entered Middle School Katsina in 1953, however, Atiku’s lawyers submitted that by 1953, the Middle School system had been abolished in the northern region of Nigeria.

7️⃣Buhari failed woefully to prove the claim that his certificate is with Military board, the petitioners successfully proved that the Nigerian Army had denied being in possession of Buhari’s alleged certificates.
One of the strongest evidence on the issue was given by the second respondent’s own witness, RW1, General Paul Tafa, (Rtd), who under cross-examination by the 1st respondent (INEC), told the court firmly and unequivocally that the Army did not collect the certificates of military Officers and added, ‘there was no such thing”.

Rigging and Non-compliance with the Electoral Act.

Atiku’s lawyers presented catalogues of evidence and witnesses called to show to the tribunal that Buhari’s election was invalid.

The analysis of results from 11 states showed how INEC in connivance with Buhari and the APC wrongly and unlawfully credited Buhari with votes not valid or lawful.

Documents tendered before the tribunal showed huge discrepancies between collated results as contained in the tendered Certified True Copies of forms EC8A and polling units.

A total of 2,906,384 votes were cancelled across the country, while 2,698,773 Nigerians were disenfranchised.

⭕ two figures when added exceeded the 3, 928,869 differential between the votes as stated in INEC form EC8E.

BUHARI, INEC AND APC FAIL/REFUSED TO DEFEND ATIKU’S PETITION THEREBY AGREEING TO HIS CLAIM OF WINNING THE ELECTION.
PoliticsSome Lessons From Sudan - #revolutionnow Is On Its Way by meavox(op): 4:04pm On Aug 17, 2019
SOME LESSONS FROM SUDAN - #RevolutionNow is on its way

Omar al-Bashir was the seventh President of Sudan from 1989 to 2019 (thirty years). He came to power in 1989 when, as a brigadier in the Sudanese Army, he led a military coup that ousted the democratically elected government of Prime Minister Sadiq al-Mahdi. Since that time, he was "elected" three times as President in elections that were judged fraudulent.

From December 2018 onwards, al-Bashir faced large-scale protests which demanded his removal from power. On 11 April 2019, al-Bashir was ousted in a military coup d'état.

The brave people of Sudan, insisted on their right to good governance. They empowered and encouraged themselves with the political philosophy of the Right of Revolution (or Right of Rebellion) which is the right or DUTY of the people of a nation to overthrow a government that acts against their common interests and/or threatens the safety of the people without cause. So when a government becomes the enemy of the people through things like corruption, impunity, ineptitude, lawlessness by not obeying court orders etc, rigged itself into power, encourages or turns a blind eye to killing of its citizens - THEN IT HAS BREACHED THE SOCIAL CONTRACT encapsulated within the Constitution, of maintaining the people's safety, and working for the people's welfare, so it becomes an ILEGITIMATE government and must be removed (if it refuses to reform).

In just EIGHT months of regular but mass and nation-wide protests the people of Sudan, despite tear-gas and several of them being killed by security forces, successfully removed al-Bashir. Then today (17th August 2019) Sudan's military council and protest leaders signed a "Constitutional Declaration" that opens the way for a transition to civilian rule. The transitional governing council, the Sovereign Council, is a power sharing deal, will be made up of six civilians and five military officers. This is the first stage.

Already the Alliance for Freedom and Change (ALC), the spearhead of protests and the country's main opposition alliance, nominated Mr Mohammed Abdallah Hamdok, a former UN economist, to become Prime Minister. The Sovereign Council is due to announce in a few days time if it will confirm him in this position. Hamdok is supported by the protesters and people. The new transitional government will be in place for three years to allow a new people's Constitution to be prepared, then Sudan move to full civilian and democratic rule. The new Constitution will bring in much needed SYSTEMS CHANGE . There will then be a general election.

Sudanese people will not just sit down, but will continue to make sure that the military and the corrupt do not regain power to reinstate corruption and bad government. Their protests is the use of people power to remind bad leadership that it is the people who have sovereignty, and they will protest again if the need arises.

The overthrow of the corrupt and inept government of al-Bashir started because the cost of bread was increased to an unacceptable level. This hike in price was the straw that broke the camel's back and Sudanese realised that a government that does not care about them but just wanted power for self-enrichment, would keep on terrorising them, and it was now time to remove such a stubborn government that refused to reform by listening to the people, or to resign and leave.

People of Sudan had to fight for themselves. There was no magic or miracle. Just normal protests as is done all over the world. Nigerians, GIANT of Africa, what are we waiting for? Nigerians, get off your fu*king butt and stop trying to get someone else to fight for what you will enjoy!
Nairaland GeneralTime Discipline + Time Sincerity = Timekeeping - Nigerian Timekeepers by meavox(op): 1:27pm On Aug 17, 2019
TIME DISCIPLINE + TIME SINCERITY = TIMEKEEPING

Consider this, Nigerian parent, why do you show and teach your children to be late? Why do you spread the culture of "African Time" lateness? What exactly do you think your children gain in life by being late? Is it intelligent to be late? If so, how?

Who will take a people who lack discipline and who lack sincerity, seriously? Who will employ such people? Well Nigerian parent YOU have helped make your child up to be unemployed and unemployable! "African Time" lateness is just BAD in every way and is a cultural norm we must reject if we ever want to join the progressing nations.

So Nigerian parent, admit that you were very wrong in bringing up your children to disrespect time and to be deliberately late. Then, reform yourself and your children using this equation:

Time Discipline + Time Sincerity = Timekeeping

For some time now, Nigeria has become a laughing stock and its people seen as unserious. So, Nigerian parent, Nigerian people, let us not remain a curse to ourselves by keeping those attitudes and those cultures that are not helping us to progress in this world. We all have a will to do good or to do bad, to do what is right or to do what is wrong. So let's all do the right thing, let's play our part in creating a better Nigeria for our children. Let's value time and become Nigerian Timekeepers!

Nairaland GeneralPRECISION AND TIMEKEEPING - Nigerian Timekeepers by meavox(op): 1:19pm On Aug 17, 2019
PRECISION AND TIMEKEEPING

Precision: the quality, condition, or fact of being exact and accurate.

Timekeeping is actually linked to "Precision" as both involve mental, intellectual and moral discipline. Precision most times requires good timekeeping. And timekeeping means being precisely on time.

Precision is a concept many Nigerians are not aware of, so precision does not really feature in the life of a typical Nigerian, does it? We are just sloppy with time, sloppy with work, sloppy about character development, sloppy about voting, sloppy about family planning, sloppy about getting our country to develop. Let's face it, Nigeria represents sloppiness and failure (viz now the poverty capital of the world).
Synonyms for Precision include: rigour, attention, care, carefulness, correctness, exactness.... All these beautiful words that sadly do not characterize the typical Nigerian.

So my dear Nigerian, your poor timekeeping, your sloppy "African time" attitude, is a great let-down to yourself, your community, your country, and your continent. Your continued refusal to act like an adult and to respect time, like those German and Japanese citizens whose work ethic the world admires because of their precision and renown timekeeping, is your undoing and one of the reasons why foreign firms will not employ you when they come to Nigeria, or if they do, will still bring their own people to be boss over you.

We too are Nigerians and Africans. But we are so ashamed at the immaturity that "African time" which describes hopeless timekeeping, brings upon the African psyche and character. Only we, fellow Black people, can tell ourselves the truth. "African time" is a curse on our people and causes us to miss too many good things that the rest of the world is enjoying.

We here are Nigerian Timekeepers and we bring an ALTERNATIVE CULTURE to Nigerians. We bring the culture of good timekeeping, and we value being precise and working with precision. So choose to be a timekeeper, come and join us - let us together kick out "African time" from our country, and from our continent. Spread the message. Spread the behaviour. Spread the orientation of good timekeeping. Send people to our Facebook site.

PSALM FOR NIGERIA
(adapted from Psalm 140)

1 Rescue Nigeria, Lord, from evildoers; remove those civil servants and politicians from us.
2 Those who corruptly enrich themselves, they think that ill-gotten gain is making them progress in life.
3 Their unproductive lives are like deadly snakes; their pride of life is like a cobra's poison.
4 Protect Nigerians, oh Lord, from the power of the wicked; keep us from these greedily corrupt people who hold top jobs in the land who desire their own "prosperity" through their schemes that loot Nigeria.
5 These proud and corrupt ones have trapped up Nigeria and Nigerians; they have control over every ministry, agency and department, plus government and along the path they have set traps for us so that their children continue like them.
6 We cry out to the Lord, “Please be our God.” Hear our cries for help, Lord!
7 Oh Sovereign Lord, please be our strong Defender, Please protect us in this battle against these corrupt ones with human power over us.
8 Lord, don't give these wicked ones what they want; don't let their plots to corruptly enrich themselves succeed.
9 Don't let our enemies be victorious; make their corruption, impunity and treachery against Nigeria fall back on them.
10 May red-hot coals fall on them; may they be thrown into a pit and never get out.
11 May those who destroy our lives, hopes and dreams through looting public funds be turned to hell; may evil overtake these civil servants and politicians, and destroy them.
12 Lord, I know that you defend the cause of the poor and the rights of the needy.
13 Lord please help us to rid Nigeria of corruption and we will praise You indeed; we will obey You and You will teach us how to live in Your presence.

Don't make it about you.... Watch out for that ego which Lord Lugard described, and focus on issues. That's what it is about.

You may not like the words Sowore used, but he doesn't answer to you. Can you understand that?

The issue is about JUSTICE. His detention is unlawful.

To explain to you the dangers to intelligence levels of making it be about you, let's go to Zakzaky. He's a Shi'ite. I am not. But JUSTICE demands he be released according to court orders. And I support JUSTICE (in Nigeria and elsewhere) so I would sign a petition on behalf of Zakzaky.

I hope you understand about JUSTICE and the need for you to support justice for the sake of your soul. You are being judged by your Creator according to whether or not you support JUSTICE when issues of JUSTICE come your way.
PoliticsRe: #RevolutionNow: Sowore Is An Impatient Young Man - Babatope by meavox: 12:57pm On Aug 15, 2019
THIS is how the elders of Nigeria tell the youth to be "patient" instead of removing bad government. Oyibo and Chinese youth protest to fight for their rights. But Nigeria youth just become migrants and vagabonds in foreign countries, begging for jobs and opportunities, and are looked down by the people of those countries.

Our elders turn us into cowards and slaves.

John Locke, Thomas Hobbes and Commonsense tell us about the right or DUTY of Revolution..... "In political philosophy, the Right of Revolution (or right of rebellion) is the right or duty of the people of a nation to OVERTHROW a government that acts against their common interests and/or threatens the safety of the people without cause.(Wikipedia)

We need to stop listening to all these elders who when you check, go abroad for medical treatment, and their children/grandchildren are abroad. But they tell us who are here to "be patient".

INDIGENOUS NIGERIANS - KNOW THYSELF

"Until we have a census, I think true Nigerians should ignore all the talk about the North having numerical strength. Such statements should be evidence-based. Not hearsay".....

Indigenous Nigerians, we know those of us who are true sons of the land and those who settled here from 1804. We, the indigenous people KNOW that the census by the British was a lie and so we have no need to repeat this lie, or live by it.

A lie ties up and binds up, but it is the truth that sets free.

Indigenous Nigerians, let's know ourselves. This land is truly, really, completely ours. The numerical strength is ours. Buhari has allowed Fulani from all over Africa into this country as part of the ongoing Fulani Revolution but we shall push them out of our ancestral lands and into Arewa territory. Fulani of the world can roam within Arewa with their cattle according to their desired culture.

Indigenous Nigerians we must know ourselves and form that ALLIANCE that will separate Middle Belt & South from Arewa so that we and our children can have peace. SEPARATION from Arewa is the future. This is our God-given ancestral lands and no foreigners should be able to push us around through any Fulani Revolution. Instead we shall push them out into Arewa, Sharia territory. There, they can create RUGA. There, they can create an Islamic nation styled after Afghanistan, and be happy.

Indigenous Nigerians - know thyself!

Activists, Journalists To Protest Sowore's Detention on Wednesday

A group of activists and journalists will on Wednesday embark on a nationwide march to protest the continued detention of the co-convener of #RevolutionNow movement, Mr Omoyele Sowore.

Sowore has been held by the Department of State Services since Saturday, August 3, when he was arrested in a Lagos hotel.

Last Thursday, a Federal High Court in Abuja granted an ex-parte order to the DSS to hold him for a further 45 days.

Legal luminary, Femi Falana, however filed an appeal on behalf of Sowore on Friday.

According to the co-convener of the movement, Deji Adeyanju, the group will march on Wednesday to expose the antics of the President Muhammadu Buhari government to silence perceived dissenters.

Adeyanju said that Sowore's arrest should be a source of worry to all lovers of democracy in Nigeria.

He appealed to Nigerians to come out in large numbers across the country and join in the protest aimed at pressuring the government to release Sowore.

PoliticsConfederation Is The Answer To Fulani Revolution by meavox(op): 3:11pm On Aug 11, 2019
CONFEDERATION IS THE ANSWER TO FULANI REVOLUTION

The indigenous people are now seeing how our existence together would have been a lot more peaceful if not that our forefathers welcomed the nomadic Fulani into our land in 1804. Right now we are living under the Fulani Revolution where herdsmen kill indigenous people then grab their land, then we face RUGA where our ancestral lands are to be handed over to Fulani for their colonies and towns. In addition, illegal immigration of Fulani from all parts of Africa into Nigeria is happening, all these to displace the indigenous people from our God-given lands.

The best solution is to split up Nigeria. As Professor Senator Sola Adeyeye said in his article Averting The Approaching Gales, many indigenous people also believe it is now time "to debunk the oft-repeated fallacy that Nigerian Unity is non-negotiable. Those who tout this ARRANT SUPERSTITION...", and for Nigeria to split into four regions: Arewa, Middle Belt, Oduduwa and Lower Niger (SE and SS together).

Before split up we can try being a CONFEDERATION of the same four regions: Arewa, Middle Belt, Oduduwa and Lower Niger (SE and SS together). But it is IMPORTANT that each region:
- Controls its borders so only allows in those who will not be their enemy, now or in the future.

- Has complete resource control so each LGA creates its own economy which it spends to fix its roads, build schools, universities etc and uses it for development but gives about 3% to a small central government. There are 774 LGAs so central government will have enough money.

- Has self-determination so makes its own laws.

Many indigenous people are now tired of all the terrorism and lack of knowledge-driven society that has become life in Nigeria. Nigeria is just not working but is even going backwards to become poverty capital and open defecation capital of the world. Confederation will set the indigenous people free to develop in the way we want. Look at Switzerland, a successful Confederation that has three different regions of French, German and Italian, yet one progressing country. We can learn from Switzerland.

Please spread this rescue message via your social media, and town hall plus community meetings.

BUHARI'S FULANI REVOLUTION IN 2 STEPS

We can no longer say that we don't know what is happening. Danjuma, Obasanjo and many others have told us what we are facing. There is a Revolution going on. It is the only kind of Revolution that Buhari will accept. It is the FULANI REVOLUTION that Buhari's regime has brought upon the indigenous people of Nigeria. This Fulani Revolution so far has 2 steps.

Step 1 of Fulani Revolution
Violent Revolution by Fulani herdsmen who kill indigenous people in the Middle Belt and South, destroy their farms and grab their lands. Over time this will bring about food shortage. A good thing because Southerners and Middle Belters will not have strength to fight back if they are hungry.

Step 2 of Fulani Revolution
Non-violent Revolution where Fulani will be given land belonging to the indigenous people to set up their own colonies/towns, names like RUGA will be used. This is a Revolution to transform Nigeria permanently. Fulani from all over Africa will be given our land. This is to change Nigeria's normal demography by Fulanizing Nigeria's
• Political demography
• Economic demography
• Social demography
• Cultural demography

If we go on nationwide protests and demand for good governance the Fulani Revolution will be stopped. Buhari knows this and that is why the non-violent Revolution Now was attacked by DSS and police. Buhari has even thanked Nigerians for not taking part in the Revolution Now protests because when we stay away and do not protest for good governance his Fulani Revolution is given strength.
The Fulani Revolution is here, go and ask the farmers and villagers who have felt the violence of Fulani herdsmen. The choice is clear before us. We either help the ongoing Fulani Revolution. Or we stop it.

PoliticsRe: APC Accuses Sowore Of Treason, ‘plot To Destabilise’ Nigeria by meavox: 11:20am On Aug 09, 2019
Normal lies from APC. Like the ones we have been hearing about INEC server at the tribunal.

It is BuhaRIG who is destabilising Nigeria by the Fulani Revolution using Fulani herdsmen to slaughter indigenous Nigerians and grab their lands.

It is BuhaRIG who is destabilising Nigeria by treacherously trying without stop to force Fulani RUGA on the ancestral lands of indigenous Nigerians.

It is BuhaRIG who is destabilising Nigeria by openly rigging the 2019 elections.

Let me quote from Femi Aribisola article (link below)

"...Garba Shehu, a government spokesman, said: “The ballot box is the only constitutional means of changing government and a president in Nigeria.” This statement is unfortunate coming from the spokesman of a government that has just conducted the worst election in Nigeria’s history.  If the ballot box is the only constitutional means of changing the government, the government itself shut that door by massively rigging the 2019 elections.

Garba says: “The days of coups and revolutions are over.”  Those are famous last words.  By all accounts, the government is making doubly sure that the days of coups and revolutions might soon return.  Democratic governments can be overthrown by social revolutions.  They can be overthrown by widespread dissent.  Coups have also been known to be conducted for the sole purpose of returning a country to true democratic governance....

.... Sowore’s response to this blatant lie is telling.  Here was a man who believed in the system and therefore ran for the presidency.  But when he saw how the vote was massively rigged, he decided that the alternatively he was left with was a social revolution.  Therefore, he organized a protest march for 5th August, 2019.

The answer of the government has been to arrest him.  But they would be foolish to assume that by so doing they have stopped his movement.  Sowore did not create the need for a social revolution.  He simply responded to the need for one...."

Many Nigerians did not know that Mr Integrity had a hidden agenda of Fulanization.

Now Sowore and any group that wants empowerment of indigenous Nigerians will prevent the Fulanization agenda. So Sowore and any such group or individual becomes an enemy of BuhaRIG.

FULANI REVOLUTION IS GOING ON UNSTOPPED

Buhari is using DSS to harass and intimidate any group that is empowering itself or Nigerians. Groups that we know are completely Non-Violent and have not killed anybody such as IPOB, IMN (Shi'ites), and Revolution Now with Sowore.

Yet, since 2016 Fulani herdsmen have been waging a BLOODY and very violent Revolution against the indigenous peoples of Nigeria, and DSS have not even pretended to stop them!

Fulani Revolution is on right now by terrorist herdsmen who slaughter indigenous Nigerians and grab land, yet Buhari is trying hard through more treachery to give them RUGA on our ancestral lands.

Buhari knows that a Social Revolution by the indigenous people of Nigeria is the only power that can stop the Fulani Revolution that is bringing in the Fulanization Agenda, so he uses state power against us, the real owners of Nigeria.

Indigenous people of Nigeria, let us tell ourselves the truth. We know that herdsmen are carrying out a Fulani Revolution. So let us not fall into any divide-and-rule traps but support every Non-Violent protest that empowers and liberates indigenous people, as this will stop the already happening Fulani Revolution. We cannot rely on corrupt and compromised security services that are being the enemy of the people and helping with the Fulanization of Nigeria.
