You are tooo tooo funny. It is Buhari-APC that is performing "woefully" and made Nigeria poverty capital of the world. Europe laughs at Buhari because despite his position he can't even get any hospital to work for his own medical needs. Buhari goes down in history as yet another Foolish African leader, the monkey type that Reagan was telling Nixon about. A Revolution can be violent or non-violent. Revolution = Reformation. But corrupt Nigerians are scared that their hustle will end... Ha ha. Nigeria is going to change. That is certain. Sowore is a hero, and a man who means well for Nigeria.

In other dysfunctional countries after the people carry out a successful uprising/revolution an agreed Transition Govt is put in place for about 2 years. In that time the ethnic minorities will put in their own input such as, Do we want a union? If so with who? Then how? There will be a referendum and new Constitution(s) during the Transition period. Because Nigerian governments are always not trustworthy, it is better that the ethnic minorities each conduct their own referendum. Then we bring results to a central place.

Nigeria is a DEAD country. It needs a new structure.

• The Executive arm of Government both at all levels should be MERGED with the Civil Service structures.
• The salaries of the Executive arm should only be a step higher than the highest level of the civil service structure.
• The current two-term of the Executive arm should be maintained.
• The fraudulent life pensions for the Executive arm should be reviewed and be at par with the civil service structure.
• The foreign access to the Executive arm (schooling for children, medical tourism etc) should be scrapped. It should be Nigeria for
Nigerians.




LEGISLATIVE
The Legislative arm of government at all levels
1. Should be on PART-TIME basis
2. Should NOT be on salary but purely on SITTING ALLOWANCE
3. Should NOT exceed 3-terms of participation (It should not be a long life career)
4. The Senate and House of Representatives at the Federal level should be MERGED and reduced to 74


LGA
1. The Local Government Authorities should be revived, autonomous and financed from source.
2. Each LGA should be made to source for funds, think outside the box, control the resources within its location with agreed percentage remitted to the State and Federal levels.
3. Maintenance of roads in the LGA should become their responsibilities with Regulatory body from the States.


JUDICIARY
• The Judiciary should be reformed.
The Supreme Court should be decentralized and have 6 regional Independent Supreme Courts.
• There should be special courts established for treating CORRUPTION & FINANCIAL CASES.



RELIGION
The activities of the religious rulers and practitioners should be monitored and controlled by an Independent Commission set up by government to avert excesses and abuses.



EFCC
Each State should have a functioning and active body fighting corrupt practices.
Whistle blowing should be encouraged.



ON ELECTIONS
1. The appointment of INEC CHAIRMAN and Commissioners should be done by the Judiciary Commission and no longer by the Executive arm
2. The political parties in Nigeria should be reduced to 6 (considering the six geo-political Zones).
3. These 6 political parties should have DEFINED IDEOLOGY with cardinal programs.
4. The conduct of elections at the Federal, States and LGA should become the responsibility of INEC.
*** Political participation should be an avenue to render SELFLESS SERVICE and NOT for self-enrichment or looting and ruining.

5. There should be COMPULSORY psychiatric assessment for all political players before contesting and every year while in government.



ON POLICE
1. The current Police structure should be DECENTRALIZED.
2. There should be an immediate creation of State Police to be financed from source and be ANSWERABLE TO THE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY.
3. There should be a commission at the State level responsible for the recruitment & promotion of these State Police officers.
4. The duration of the head of each State police should be 4 years after which the next senior officer takes over.
There should be regular training for officers and men.
5. There should be COMPULSORY PSYCHIATRIC assessment during recruitment and even during career.
6. There should be community engagement with the police.

Nigeria needs an arrangement that is just and fair, therefore SUSTAINABLE.

Every part of Nigeria is backwards and not developing so it's not a country but more like a prison, or concentration camp. We need to discuss a new way forward that will be decided by Referendum. Union is by choice, not by force. That's why Nigeria as it is is not working.

The ethnic nationalities need to decide, first do they want a union? Then if so which ones they want to have a union with, then how? The call for a Confederation was since Aburi, if not before then. Failure to do it has cost us poverty, underdevelopment and terrorism. It's time to re-visit Confederation or if not, then split up. International Relations means that anybody with a business anywhere should not worry as there are laws to govern that.

The BEST way to prevent the country going up in smoke is for

1) South and Middle Belt to ranch the Muturu cattle (aka West African shorthorn) themselves, this is the breed native to forest and savannah areas. (Photo attached).

2) Fulani and Hausa to ranch the White Fulani cattle themselves, this is the breed native to sahel, in Arewa region.

That's it! No roaming about by any group, whether of South, MB, or Arewa. Everybody stays in their home ranching their native species of cattle. Fulani since they like roaming not ranching, can do that in their own lands. This is fair. This is just.

Buhari is spending time on what interests him. That's RUGA. He isn't interested in the Cabinet. Miyetti is his real Cabinet.

3) Not all Nigerians are indigenous people, some are just settler people. Indigenous people are the original owners of the land so justice demands that indigenous people control their ancestral lands, and reject any form of land grabbing and theft of their lands.

4) We need a new Constitution made by the people and for the people to enshrine equal rights and human rights etc, and properly agreed by our ethnic nationalities. After we have decided if we want to be together, if so, with which ethnic nationalities, and how so?

Let's remember that for Nigeria, Arewa moslems and Yoruba moslems are very different, both these two groups of moslems recognise their differences. Yoruba moslems are peace loving and peace seeking and the world has no danger from them as they just will not be suicide bombers or be involved in terrorism.

For Nigeria what we need to do is easy and was already started by the core North states of Nigeria when they used their self-determination to make their area Sharia. So Arewa began the separation of Nigeria by bringing in Sharia and non-Sharia areas. So now, it should be made formal. South and Middle Belt should SEPARATE from Arewa, that's the best solution for Nigeria. If we decide to remain one country, then Confederation of either 4 or 2 regions will be good. If we decide to split, then either as two or four countries as follows:

- Partition into 2 countries/Confederation of two regions: South and Middle Belt together, then Arewa

OR

- Split into 4 countries/Confederation of four regions: Oduduwa, Lower Niger, Middle Belt and Arewa

Just as is done in the West, the people can decide what arrangement we want by Referendum. Each of the ethnic nationalities can conduct a Referendum of their people, then bring the results to a central place.

Very good! Let all Igbos and others of Lower Niger (ie SE & SS) who are abroad remember that they are there to get the skills etc that will improve things for all of Lower Niger, plus also for Oduduwa and Middle Belt.

The increasing consensus is that all South and MB because we want the same thing, that is, resource control and self-determination, we are to be united in purpose and seeking good for ourselves.

For free people, union is by choice not by force.

Nigeria's current Constitution was not agreed upon by the people, but it was imposed upon us. Plus, the parliamentary system was replaced with a presidential system without consulting the people.

The ethnic nationalities NEVER agreed to the Constitution. Let's think about it: How can anybody give away 100% of his riches then be ok with being returned just 13% of it? Imagine you give your entire salary to a beggar, then he gives you 13% of it back for you, and keeps the rest. Is that sanity? That represents what the Constitution is doing to oil producing areas! It is just a fraud! So until there is a new Constitution Nigeria being a proper country will only be in our dreams.

We therefore need to decide if the ethnic nationalities want to be in a union, if so, with which ethnic nationalities, and how so. With a new people's Constitution, those who want to be in a union can live in peace.

A Referendum is the only way forward. Let each of the ethnic nationalities conduct a Referendum of their people, then bring the results to a central place.

Union is by choice! Not by force!
