...dont talk like that.....if these governors tried their best to increase the economic value of their state through infrastructural development,then they wont have a problem.....the same would have happened to Lagos if not for the infrastructural development left by the FG and the IGR of Lagos state......at least he is doing something....no matter where its coming from,west,north,south,south...the least we can do is encourage.......so they do more.....if they are wrong we criticizes constructively...if they are on the right part we encourage.....

i don't understand what you mean by being ripe for an airport......having an airport is one means of development.......unless the Governor doesn't know what he is doing then the airport would be a waste.......but its a good development....its just for him to complement with other structures and he is good to go....

well ph is not reall a bad city as such....i was there some months ago and well......judging by what i saw when i was there a while ago,amaechi is trying...but i feel that they are not utilizing the funds they get from the govt well enough...i don't see any reason why Akwa Ibom,cross river ,Lagos,Bayelsa,and rivers should be the way they are because they get enough funds from the government........And their IGR is enormous........

i believe that Nigeria is better off united than divided.....and i believe that there are many criteria that makes us not to progress and some of them are 1.Religion 2.Tribalism 3. Corruption. The youths have been complaining of how the elders have left them out and how the elders are not giving them a chance in politics.But i beg to disagree. We don't have to go cap in hand to this present generation and expect that they would give us the chance on a platter of gold...the youths are not ready to take this challenge.i shudder when i read most comments on this forum and i think that we have lost it as a nation with the kind of youths we are producing.i grew up in southwest,schooled all my life in the southwest....i find it hard to differentiate a Nigerian based on tribe but when i got to this forum i was shocked to see the level at which we have degenerated into...basically...its that bad.....what we fail to understand is that we cannot achieve anything as a nation if we continue to suspect one another.....the Arabs where able to achieve the Arab spring only as a result of their uniformity in tribe and religion and and they cooperated well......if we as youths want to win the war against the oppressors in the position of leadership,we have to accommodative our differences and decide to fight with oneness and unity..failure to do that would only amount to us being stagnant. we have to drop the cloak of tribalism,religion and corruption and see our selfs as Nigerians,then we can tackle the issue of those in power and we would give them the signal that w are ready to take the mantle of leadership.........peace

If eventually Govt agrees to your terms and there is no commensurate effort at uplifting and upgrading the standard to be befitting for student,or we still hear the incessant exploiting of students by selling substandard textbooks @ increased price or tasking your student who you supervise to bring unimaginable amount of money or embarking in white elephant projects which won't yield productive result Or embezzlement of funds after appropriation. Now...my opinion to FG....You should also set your terms and conditions to ASUU for example creating a benchmark like say by 2020,Nigerian universities should be ranking best in africa and at least among the 1st hundred in the world after disbursing the funds needed
