Crime no pay jare

Something like this happened to me last year. I had this friend I met during my Nysc days in Anambra state. I was at home late last year when I started receiving calls from some online loan platforms telling me that Peter(not real name though) took a loan from them and gave my number and name as his guarantor. I was wowed! Totally obfuscated!

I didn't even know it was serious until I began to receive threats messages that they will publicly displayed my pictures on all social sites for fraud and others. Omo, when I read that message I went berserk. I was waiting for them to call me again... Lo and behold! It wasn't even up to two days when another caller called me, mehn, I showed that person pepper. He was about to talk when I interrupted and gave him the kind of warning he had never received in his life. He just cut the call. I receive no calls or messages from them till today.

Later on, I called the said friend and told him what happened and what he said was that '' I SHOULD NOT MIND THEM THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT HE LOST THE SIM SOME DAYS BACK''

I just smiled and hung up the phone. Though, I knew that the collected the loan but I didn't want to argue with him cuz it wasn't my business.

And that was how I never receive any messages or calls from them loaners again till tomorrow
