If Buhari contests for an election 20 times with a yam tied in a barn, I will vote for the yam 20. That's me, that's my choice

Politics › Re: Abuja Vs Hong Kong In Pictures. 7up The Diff Is Clear by meforyou1(m): 9:02pm On Oct 21, 2015
Rossikk:
Kindly stop talking RUBBISH. The British ruled Lagos for 60 years plus, and when they were thrown out in 1960, it was still an undeveloped backwater. They had NO INTENTION of developing it. Just as they had no intention of developing Nigeria. Which was why they were thrown out in the first place. And Nigeria is the better for it today.
no. Britain wanted to rule both islands exclusively. Cut out Hong Kong from China and cut out Lagos from Nigeria. Britain gave independence to Nigeria in 1960 with Lagos as the federal capital. But handed over Hong Kong to China in 1995. And because of how Hong Kong is now so developed, they are now a semi-autonomous region, even looking for ways to cut off tie from China.
Politics › Re: Abuja Vs Hong Kong In Pictures. 7up The Diff Is Clear by meforyou1(m): 8:11pm On Oct 21, 2015
Op, don't compare Hong Kong with Abuja, rather compare it with Lagos.
British colonialists wanted to rule Lagos and Hong Kong for 100 years. Lagos own didn't work out because Yorubas don't have foresight, but Hong Kong's own worked out, so Britain ruled Hong Kong for 100 years 1895-1995.
Now you see the result

ngige wasn't even the first. The first bow and go was senator Udoma Udo Udoma. The gestures is for all members of National Assembly. Both house of reps and senate. And she is a member of house of reps. 3 time member

Is it because she is a woman or what? But her male counterparts currently serving in the house of representatives were also asked to take their bows, nonsense.
exactly what I'm saying. Without going into the pros and cons of take a bow and go, I'm saying same gesture was also accorded other members or former members of National Assembly who are ministerial nominees.

exactly. All members of National Assembly are given bow and go. Senator Udo Udoma, Senator Ngige and Hadi. Even Lie Mohd who isn't a member of National Assembly was given same because he is APC spokesman. So let's complain of all of them together, not hers alone

I should have been the first to post this same complain but I was so angry at the time so I decided to cool off before commenting. So if some1 is related to a lawmaker that automatically absorbs the person from being questioned. This entirely screening process is a complete mess. When Nobody is put on the edge I see absolutely no use for it.
she is a lawmaker herself. A current member of house of reps
