ziccoit: 1. By paying the religion leaders that means the government would be able to regulate his activity. A Pastor/Imam can not just wake up from wrong side of his bed preaching hate message. The message would have to be channeled through some recognized body who are going to vet it and release it to the public.
2. There is no crime in making religion study compulsory at primary and secondary level of education. By having knowledge of dos and donts of my Neighbour religion would ensure harmony, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect.
3. Yes. Free range method of rearing is the course of communal clashes between the cattle farmers and their host community.
4. BH doesn't represent Islam.
So, it depends on how you view what he said. I believe he makes sense. pls shut the hell up. Who is a religious leader? Everybody can wake up and claim to be religious leader. So govt should be paying all imams and pastors in Nigeria. U must be very dumb. Don't forget traditionalists, govt should pay them too. U don't know the kind of anarchy you are trying to cause.. Religion compulsory in schools to what level? Senior Sec schools? Higher institutions? As for that cattle ranch nonsense, I wount even react to it |
Politics › Re: Biafra Women Vs Yoruba Women In Protests, Who Is The Most INSANE by meforyou1(m): 4:29pm On Oct 20, 2015 |
Op, protests are means of expressing your disagreement with current happenings in your area. It takes many forms, but I believe the best is the peaceful ones. One time we protested in FUTMINNA and heard some students set a school peugot car on fire in another part of the town where the protest was going on. we were happy. Saying they did a good thing. The school authorities closed the school for 3 months. And when we came back, we were asked to pay for the 2 burnt vehicles (authorities added one). And when we calculated how much each student paid, it was enough to buy up to 50 brand new cars or more. Who lost? The school authorities? When NLC protested against fuel increase for a week, it was peaceful and they achieved their aim. I for one, if you call me for a protest and ask me to remove my clothes, I will ask u "are u mad?" |

Actually she was asked to take a bow and go, not because her husband is a serving Senator, but because she herself is a member of national assembly. 3 time house of reps member. Not saying it's a good thing, but it was the convention senate used to clear 2 former senators that are ministerial nominees. Though Lie Mohd didn't deserve it, but they extended the gesture to him. And same will be extended to Senator Heineken when he comes for his own screening. Conventions are conventions. |

Nothing stops Amaechi and Shittu from being screened and confirmed on Tuesday. no senate said Amaechi and Shittu will join the 2nd batch. 9 to be screened today and 9 tomorrow. If for any reason it doesn't hold, he should decline to attend if Ekweremadu is to preside. this man, do you know there is difference between ministerial screening and confirmation? Even those screened on Tuesday will have to be confirmed on Wednesday. And if Amaechi is ever lucky to be screened,it is on Wednesday that we will finish him. The 'Nays' will carry the day. Not like that nonsense you guys did during lie mohd confirmation. |

You biafrauds don't ever contribute anything meaningful to a discussion apart from emotional tantrums. Very repulsive set of clumsy schleps. what verbiage? The same useless boy ngeneukwenu claims to be igbo too. He deceives people that he is female, but took pictures one time while traveling to abakiliki and threatened to upload the pictures of the bad state of abakiliki. But just one he posted, the reflection in the picture, showed he was a coward boy. He was busted big time. And since then, the coward has refused to upload the remaining pictures. As for the subject of the discussion, though I have an opinion, but I can never feed that worthless troll ngeneukwenu to make the mr woman grow fatter in his trolling. So I leave it for legal luminaries in the house to discuss. |
