i have an employee who work for me based in OSOGBO the capital of osun, i sent him to ughelli to get some stuffs from my depot.... he returned saying.... "orga.. that place fine oh... ah, olowun i like the place... na so delta fine?"

i looked at him and said.... ughelli is no where compare to some other places in delta .....

Setting up Ranches will help reduce the Nomadic rearing of cows. PDP tried to demonize it to score political points. Even individuals can setup private ranches. It is a profitable business.

Ranches can be setup by FG, States, Business and Individuals. You can even have ranches and rent out spaces to cattle owners for a fee. Nigerians can sell grasses and Feeds to Ranches as well.
