Good morning, I'm attending a tier4 UK superpriority appointment this week, What should I expect in the interview?

There is no interview for Super Priority (you'll be asked to say your name and date of birth into the camera on the top right of the cubicle, that's all). They'll take your biometric data then send you home to wait for your reply in 24 hours (can take more than 24 hours sometimes). If they need anymore info from you they'll call you or send you an email but on the day you do your biometrics there is no interview.

Same at Galadimawa. For those saying that d data is uncapped, it's not one dey you'll use like 7GB and your data access will be cut off. On my last WAWU 3k plan I used about 150GB and was forming boss till Ntel nak me. Lol. Best 3k sub ever.

Phones / Re: Ntel Is Totally Broken. What Other Alternatives? by Megalodonus: 7:51am On Jul 29, 2018
Na wa o, I have no problems with my Ntel SIM. I'm in Abuja, I've recharged and subbed 2 times within the last 7 days (1k on Monday and 3k on Friday). The website was giving "invalid token error" on Friday, I kept clicking on continue and was then redirected to quickteller portal.

Only thing is, after recharging I call customer care and my data starts working between 20-60 minutes later (sometimes its instant).
Thing you guys should know is that if the Ntel website doesn't open (using your ntel sim) after exhausting your bundle, use another SIM to log in and subscribe.
Politics / Re: Adeosun: Original Vs Fake NYSC Exemption Certificate For 2009 Compared By PT by Megalodonus: 11:41pm On Jul 11, 2018
I have an exemption certificate from the NYSC, and it looks like both the "original" and "fake" certificates posted on the OP are fake. The font in my certificate is the same as the one in Kemi's, the one in the "original" from Premium Times looks like it is hand written.

Also there is no full stop/period after the year of issue on mine it is "day/month, year" (note the comma after the month) not "day/month/year.". Note also that in the "original" the "J" in July on date of issue looks like it was corrected and it looks different from the other J's in the same "original" certificate. There are also no broken lines in the NYSC EMBLEM (that is visible in the background in the center) in the certificate.

Hmmmm.... both seem to be fake or something changed after the "original" was issued. Almost everything else looks like Premium Times's "original" except for some of the wording e.g no " Mr, Ms, Miss,Mrs"

Note: Mine is more recent than theirs.

That's how it is. Its just two days. 1st day 10pm to 6am, 2nd day sub ends 12am.

Unless you sub 12am and enjoy till 6am. And still enjoy another 10pm to 6am. I think that's the logic

I don't think so. I subscribed for the 2-day unlimited plan on 11th June around 12:30pm, it expired 13th June around 1pm. I consumed about 70GB data during that period.

All the info he needed was in my initial post. WAWU was there. Price was there. Data allocation was there. The only thing I didn't mention was validity.

Seriously? In case u don't know I have been using Ntel a long time before u even heard of it. I'm one of those that enjoyed the service right from when they launched, so say what u know. Ntel is a 4g only network, if u put ur phone on auto it won't work, both on phones and modems. This is why their voice service is only on VOLTE, (no GSM) also why they launched the VOXhd app so devices that don't support VOLTE can still use their voice service with the VOXhd app. If u want to know more about Ntel I can school u. And who told u not all phones have 4g only? In some phones it is called LTE/CDMA like in the picture below. That is my phone and LTE/CDMA means 4g only while LTE/GSM/UMTS is multi mode, clicking that will let u choose auto, 3g only or gsm only.

Does the VoxHd app still work? I can't get it to install on my A5 2017.

But u can't just say OP is lying. Me too I have called NTEL many times and most of the times they respond within 3-5 mins, but that doesn't mean it would be like that for everyone. Sometimes I call my bank CC and they respond within 5-7 mins, but there was a time I called them and it took almost 1 hour before someone responded.

When/where did I say OP was lying?

If I hadn't explored all options, I won't open a thread dear.

I've used my credit to call customer care all to no avail. Today I called for a cumulative 15minutes with my MTN SIM and nobody responded.

Before you throw the first stone, ask questions..
15 minutes?

I've called customer care 3 times at different times of the day and it didn't take more than 5 minutes for me to speak with an agent.

Phones / Re: NTEL And Their Incompetencies - SCAM!!!!!!!! by Megalodonus: 2:22pm On Jun 19, 2018
NTEL WAWU data bundles;
1k=12GB
2.5K=24GB
3K=48GB
7.5K=96GB

All bundles are at 500% bonus for 1 year after SIM activation e.g. 3k normally gives you 8GB but because of 500% bonus you get 48GB (8GB+40GB)

Note: You can't subscribe for unlimited data bundle on WAWU Sim.

Plz o. I want to buy this their sim but i heard 1k for 12gb. Is it true?

When your SIM has been activated NTEL will give you 10GB free data. Once that bonus expires the 1k that you paid will give you another 12GB. In essence you get 22GB for 1k first recharge. I'm supposed to get cumulative data of 58GB.

How do you subscribe 3k for 48gb on ntel?

Load 3k on your WAWU Sim den tell the ntel people to activate dat plan. Instead of paying 1k for my WAWU , I paid 3k (1k+ another 2k) after they registered me.

As most Ntel users will know, they went off the grid two weeks ago and were not able to provision new customers due to a reported "Upgrade". Already existing customers were browsing free of charge for a week!!!

1. I got their WAWU SIM shortly after they announced their systems were working properly last week. I got registered immediately at their office and was promised my SIM will be activated in 24 hours.

2. It sounded weird that 24 hours will be used to activate a SIM. This should take seconds with Glo, MTN et al. I had to confirm with the customer care agent about the timeframe being too long. She rudely responded that "What if I tell you 2 hours and it doesn't work".

3. 24 hours later my SIM had not been activated. I went to their office to register complains. They told me to relax.

4. 48 hours later I went to their office. They said their staffs at the back-end who are involved in the activation have not done it. She suggested I get another SIM. I was shocked. She wanted me to relinquish the N1,000 I used to register the initial SIM and get another?? And there was no guarantee it will work.

5. This is a week and I have been communicating with their twitter handler and I have been given assurances that it will be rectified all to no avail. The responses are beginning to feel like it's a bot. Generic!!

6. It is one of two things. It's either the company has incompetent management and staff or they have bitten more than what they can chew. Trying to behave like Glo - getting in more customers than they can handle.

7. I went on twitter to confirm If I was the only one experiencing such issue. I found out that those who registered their SIMS around same period I did last week have similar issues with activation.

If NTEL is not ready for business, they should close down and stop scamming people of their hard earned money. cry cry angry

OP call their customer care line on 0700 ntel live (press the corresponding number to the letters) and tell them your line is activation barred. I had the same problem, I bought a WAWU Sim and a conventional SIM on Monday 11th June. Normal SIM started working immediately but WAWU wasn't activated. Called C-care last Saturday, line got activated within 24 hours. Still waiting for dem to give me d free 10GB sha, but I don't care. 3k gives you 48GB which other network you go see dat one?

Phones / Re: Jumia Delivery Duration So So Long by Megalodonus: 1:11pm On Mar 05, 2018
This and quality control are my biggest gripes with Jumia. Why does it take upto 8 days to deliver an item in Abuja or Warri, or 3 days to deliver an item in Lagos? I bought GTA V on PS4 from the in January for 16k with shipping, i took them almost 12 days to deliver it in Warri, and after opening the parcel I discovered that the Game was second hand. It had no shrink wrap, the casing had marks, tears, cracks, and the Blu-Ray disc was also scratched. I had to return it and it took them 3 weeks to refund me.
