I read people blaming the wives for causing husbands to stray and I laugh. Sex and more sex, Behind up, dress up, party etc. But the reality on ground is far different. When you have kids you are running around on, jobs that stress, a husband whose needs must be met, inlaws, church programs, house chores etc. You will understand that it takes divine strenght to feel very sexy when you hit the bed at 1a.m only to wake up by 4a.m and continue the cycle.

Not forgetting pregnancy and all its attendant problems etc.

My superhuman cousin thought she could do it all. Hubby said no help and she gladly plunged into it. Two years down the line, na she tire. She no even send if he has side chick.

There are two truths here:

1. The side chick has way less responsibility and can be the sight of perfection and give the man all the attention he wants when he wants cos of that.

2. A man who wants to roam will do that even if you kill yourself to please him.

Everyone has given you good advice. Now, it's for you to pursue this to a conclusion. Even if it means going down to Lagos, please do so. You owe your friend this.

I don't hold much hope though, I suspect the guy might have had him killed. I pray it shouldn't be so.

The implication of encouraging her kind of action is that should the boy engage her in a fight she may likely be seriously beaten and even sustain injury due to the masculine physical strength. That is even dangerous to her as a lady.. Not forgetting that fighting is an irresponsible act.

Moreover, I'm all for self defense. I don't care which way it blows. But I would still have argued that when it comes to bullying, boys take the lead. Girls naturally regard boys as stronger so they hardly go find their trouble.

What a pity

I hope you understand this guy was a class bully? That's how he would graduate from pushing their foreheads to taking their lunch and finally beating them up. Bullies make people cower not because they are strong but because they pretend to be. When you react, it stops . I'm sure that boy never did that rubbish to the girls again.
