Mutmainneen:
Okay boss.
I understand that the Redmi 10 has a miserly 8 mp front camera. How is the front camera picture quality?

Foxie:
Sorry it won't fly!

Prechy2836:
Actually reverse is the case midrangers plays CODM better at high settings PUBG will straight up tell you not available on your device.. highest settings I can go on RN8 PUBGM is Balanced and Medium FPS(20fps) which is practically unplayable for me so..
First SS is the best option for RN8
Second SS is the highest possible for RN8
Third SS is me taping HD and it's been like that since the launch of RN8..

Mutmainneen:
Bosses in the house, I need your input.
I recommended Huawei Y9 to a brother about three years ago. Till date, he confesses that it's the best device he has used so far. It has never developed any kind of faults since its purchase. If you have used the phone before, you will understand.
Now he wants to change device and he is counting on me to recommend an excellent choice. To him, it's Huawei or nothing, but the problem now is that Huawei no longer supports google play services.
I want to recommend a Xiaomi device, but I have never used any before. My only exposure to Xiaomi is what I read here time to time.
I need something with long lasting battery, excellent camera, never heats up, speedy performance, and of course very attractive to the eyes. Money isn't a problem, but he is looking at between 80k to 130k.
Those with experience should recommend something, please... and I hope I am not about to make a mistake opting for a Xiaomi device. This is a matter of trust.
He is not interested in fairly used, please. Don't tell me you have a very neat phone you purchased yesterday.
Thank you all, and God bless you.

bigbauer:
Wow it's been a while. I took delivery of the phone since 18th of last month. I was a bit concerned with the way it heated up while charging for the first time. It stopped after the first time.

Talking about charging, I'm still amazed with its charging speed, it's so fast it goes from 0% to 100% in about 48 mins. I'm not too surprised though, I shouldn't expect anything less from a 67Watts charging brick. Most laptops use 45 watts which means this can comfortably charge most laptops.

And the battery life isn't super amazing, but it carries me for the day, and I'm a very heavy user. On an average I'm actively using the phone 20hours/24hours. My data is always turned on, and on 4G network, there's no 5G coverage in my current location. The phone is fast, has never frozen (hung) before, I load multiple applications at once, the 8Gb Ram and Octa-Core processor (clocked at 2.6Ghz), does a wonderful job. Camera performance wasn't a consideration when I bought it, but the camera isn't bad.

The speakers are relatively loud, and has Dolby Atmos, the bluetooth has a good range, WiFi/Hotspot works fine and it's a dual band, WiFi isn't a class 6 (802.11ax) WiFi dongle. I got the 8Gb RAM, 256ROM version. I've not had the chance to use the ir blaster, my tv uses RF not ir. It's not an AMOLED display, but the display is pretty sharp. The build quality is nice too, it feels so strong and rugged.

Honestly I wish there was provision for SD card, 256 is pretty small for me. And I wish there's a way to upscale the display to full screen when I cast to my TV it would be great. Another thing I don't really like about it is the way the camera bulge extends way beyond the back, it makes it susceptible to scratches.

Also, the sim2 gets disabled after some calls and comes back after a few seconds to some minutes, it happens randomly I've not been able to pinpoint a particular reason.

In summary, I'm satisfied with my purchase. It's a sleek phone, not perfect but enough for my needs.

This isn't a well detailed review but it's all I can remember right now.

paduzman:

He told me I have to pay him 6k for all the stress and money he wasted... I DMed a friend to help me transfer the money to the guy as my bank is having issues say I go pay am back which he did and now the guy is saying he hasn't received any money and that the account wey him gimme na POS person account, meanwhile I know say na him own... Lmfaoooooooo can't even lie, I clowned out last night . Mentions shock me this morning . Gotta stay off the internet when I'm not sober . Sorry everyone esp genius43.

crownedrookie:
Chief no one asked if he can find redmi note 10 in authorized stores or for price analysis. The question I asked you left it and delved into what I didn't ask, mentioning me in the process. I didn't know if for some reason you're against people buying this particular phone, first saying it's not available then calling the one I showed you over priced. (Neither of which information I asked for). If u feel u owe no one a response then don't respond. It's simple

BrickDevo:
basic phone oh the good thing about the phone is the display

michytluv:
