cucumbar: -VISA Alert!!!!…just got my passport an hour ago.
-First timer!
-No travel history or VISa stickers of UK, US or any of the first world countries.
-only had Dubai stamp(visited In march) and Brazilian visa( haven’t travelled yet) on my passport.Copies of Visa Stickers/stamps of Countries I had visited( kenya, Ethiopia and South Africa) were removed at VSF.
-Single!
-Passport was retuned to VSF in two days, so I thought I wasn’t given the visa( going by the narratives here).
- one month Tourist visa given with an instruction to report to VSF on a particular date.
Thanks to the gurus on this thread. It was the easiest process since I have been applying for visas. I’m so happy. Wow congrats |

Champora: For your first submission to the embassy, you are adviced to submit only reservations. Flight reservations and hotel reservations only because if you don't get the visa your money would have wasted if you paid directly for flight n accomodation.
I submitted on the 16 or March and I got emailed on 21st March to submit confirmed flight tickets. That's when you go ahead to pay for flight tickets. Okay thanks |

pufframmy: Do ur Covid Test oo, And also have ur hotel reservation with you oo, The immigration might ask to check I called someone that works with Qatar , said I don’t need covid test and please oh , hotel reservation I did , was cancelled , card issue can I still hold it ? |
Travel › Re: Turkey Visa Application Delay by meljoe: 1:57pm On Apr 13, 2022 |
Champora: I applied through Lagos so I did not need an appointment, Lagos is a walk-in center so it costs double the amount, like I paid $200+ USD in Lagos while if you apply through Abuja you have to get an appointment but it costs $100+ for visa. Please see the previous pages for the exact cost.
After I submitted they asked me to send a confirmed flight ticket so I only sent the flight ticket I already paid for.
Okay , what I’m trying to understand is that what you submitted must it be a ticket you have paid or you can submit just reservation |
