My kids school are on holiday , one is going for masters in the Uk soon , I’m going to including the offer letter and payments receipt , While the rest school is on strike oh lol . How do I get that now ? It’s for Christmas holidays though not now I’m including school fees receipt old and new Hostel fees old and new ID card too Is that enough ? youngprince111: just Write an introduction Letter introducing them since u are the Sponsor, you don’t need to write separate introduction letters
Don’t forget to include Attestation Letter from ur kids school introducing them and include ur Family pictures. You can past the Documents u have here so gurus in the house can tell u what need to be included.
Best of Luck |

Yes I know I’m just putting the documents together , they don’t need to have each of them introduction letter then I will do cover letter summarizing everything ? Or just me writing an introduction for myself and introducing them also Ashirioluwa: -The parents’ bank statements will be enough. -The main applicant will write a cover/introduction letter. -Sponsor will write letter of support
Weather you are sponsoring them or not they still need to show home, family and economic ties.
This is my own personal opinion. Attaching all these documents to your application doesn’t guarantee that the visa will be issued or not |

Okay thank you , is it compulsory I add the kids statement of account , though I’m the one sponsoring everything ? And cover letter be done individually or just one for the family ? Ashirioluwa: - Bank statements - Letter from their jobs or your business documents - Pay slips - Marriage certificates - Kids’ birth certificates - Family photos - Any other documents they think might help their applications. |

Ashirioluwa: I'm not sure what you meant when you said the best country to apply for Schengen visa because all these countries that I am aware of will review your paperwork and only grant you a visa if they believe you merit it.
I normally apply for Schengen visa through France embassy because the processing time is FASTER.
The sponsor will show - A 3 month bank statements - Letter of support outlining your relationship with the applicants and your motivation for sponsoring them - Any additional documentation that can help their applications
The applicants will show their - Bank statements - Letter from their jobs - Marriage certificates - Kids’ birth certificates - Any other documents they think might help their applications.
You will need to show that you have enough fund in your account to cover the cost of the trip.
Those who have their passport ready can apply now or wait for the other kid. Either way is fine.
You will pay the VFS service fees online to enable you book appointment. The application fees will be paid at VFS center. Please do you have idea of documents a family should take to the embassy ? |

artofalternativ: Thank you, it was delivered yesterday. Issued a multiple-entry visa valid for three months.
The funny thing is that I didn't even have proof of funds the total money in my accounts as at the time I submitted wasn't even up to 300k. Though I'm a frequent traveller (to the US, first time EU) and I explained in my cover letter that last month I paid two years' rent hence the temporary shortage of funds. I also had my ticket fully paid for already. Congrats |
