Big Brother Africa star, Beverly Osu was recently featured on a magazine cover in a racy nun habit with controversial poses.

In one of the pictures, she was dressed as a nun smoking cigarette. This picture has caused a lot of reactions by fans and friends as some look at it as a very bad act.

She has finally reacted to the reactions on her instastory.

She wrote,

“I am a born and practicing catholic so I know and take ur faith seriously. People should rather worry and pray for the hundreds of thousands of innocent victims that are rapped by over 300 priest in Pennysylvania than worry over a harmless picture that is a mere work of art.

“In any case reverend sisers and fathers smoke in real life which has not been established as sin to my knowledge. Dear Nigerians I don’t do what I do for applause .. If this images came out from a movie, will it be ok? It’s funny how you all just sinned because of a beautiful artistic picture : lol I laugh in Hebrew… MATTHEW 7:1-5 … #BEVERLYSAYS”

PhonesHow To Track Your Stolen Phone By Lekkigists by Meloshi(op): 8:12pm On Sep 11, 2018
Source:- http://www.lekkigists.com.ng/2018/09/how-to-track-your-stolen-phone.html?m=1

You have to report an FIR in the police station of the area where the mobile phone was lost. You need to provide the IMEI number of your phone in that FIR.

Using that IMEI no. cops will track your phone. The phone can only be traced if it’s in some network.

That means whenever the mobile phone comes into some mobile network or wifi connection and if it’s on tracking, the location can be traced. But if the phone never comes into network it may not be traced even by using IMEI no.

Since the software’s are not easily available and are very expensive you may not be able to trace it yourself and will need cops help!

Osita Iheme sat down with Daily advent recently and revealed the real reason why he discontinued in the Mnet comedy series ‘The Johnsons’ which features his on-screen twin Chinedu Ikedieze aka Aki.

The movie was premiered in 2013 and initially had both Aki and Paw Paw in the production but the later pulled out after a few scenes. While speaking with Daily Advent, he revealed what inspired his decision to part way with what is recently perceived as one of the biggest series in Africa at the moment.

You started off with your colleague Aki (Chinedu Ikedieze) in ‘the Johnsons’ but you dropped off at some point. What happened?

“I didn’t continue because their schedule didn’t go well with mine. They were always packing together so I couldn’t cope, said the actor.”

While the Osita is no more in The Johnson’s series he revealed that he is on another comedy soap opera titled ‘Professor Johnbull’ which features Kanayo O Kanayo, Mercy Johnson, among others.

Whats your message to your fans?

My message to them is to still believe. I love them all for keeping it real for all these years and believing, loving in me. I still want them to know that something fresh is coming. They should go to my Youtube page and watch my series, ‘Professor Johnbull’ and other movies that are coming out. The latest ones, The Billionaires, Paul and Banabas are also there. I promise them to keep the flag flying.

CelebritiesLil Kesh's Career In DILEMMA by Meloshi(op): 9:55pm On Sep 03, 2018
Keshinro Ololade popularly known by his stage name "Lil Kesh" is a Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter. As some of us knew how he rose to fame after his chart-topping song titled 'Shoki' which was released in 2014. His music career really transcend during that year as he was nominated in the best new act to watch category at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards (NEA) and also got nominated at the most prestigious award in the country 'HEADIES' for the Next Rated Award.

After four (4) years down the line Lil Kesh's career momentum as taking a downtime turn, as he seems not to be relevant in the industry any longer. Lil Kesh's versatility and style of music has similarity to that of 'Olamide' whom raps & sings in local dialect. However, he has been criticized for using too much vulgar sentences & not finding the right balance in the lyrics of his songs.

We could have seen him do much better in the industry as a lot of controversy surrounded him during the 2015 Headies Award event, which we saw Lil Kesh's then record label owner 'Olamide' blasting the organizers of the award right on stage during the ceremony for not giving the Next Rated Award to Lil Kesh, whom he said was supposed to be the winner ahead of 'Reekado Banks'.

Now, putting the puzzle together. I could understand why a lot of people didn't vote him to emerge emerge as the winner as he has shown not to be able to stand the test of time in the industry. To my best knowledge, 2015 was the only & last time he was nominated for any notable music award in the country.

For a 2015 Next Rated Award Nominee, I must say; what a downtime for Lil Kesh's music career! His contemporaries during the 2015 Headies Award "Reekado banks & Kiss Daniel" have grown into more limelight with their songs having top charts over the years respectively & consecutively.

As a music artist, you'll have to deal with personal disappointments while as well as issues with the music industry.

Here are the probably challenges why "Lil Kesh" is having a downtime;

1. Creating Music Audience Will Love
To truly have a lucrative career, Lil Kesh must must create music his audience wants to hear. "Gone are the days your audience will remain a fan if you don't release good songs". It's vital to channel the passion to find the right sound, genre, topics, image and target audience for the music.

2. Relating His New Brand To His Audience
Despite the fact that he has left his former record label 'YBNL' & created his own label; 'YAGI'.
Lil Kesh has failed to portray himself as an authority figure in the industry by leading the curve. My question is; what happened to the relationship he has with the 'YBNL' team and the producers that gave him hit songs during the early stage of his career? The likes of "Young John & Pheelz"

There is always a curve in each genre of music and he needs to be more careful jumping on an existing bandwagon that is phasing out. He should take the chance of not falling falling behind the curve, as othe bands are more cutting edge shape in the industry.

The music industry is a tough one to get into, but even more difficult to stay in. Lil Kesh need to mingle with the right people & be proactive in every step of the way to keep his career afloat or he will drown in no time & be forgotten.

Disabled, come out and campaign! Twitter reacts to IBB’s comment on ‘Change’

Retired army general and former President of Nigeria, Ibrahim Babangida has been blasted by Nigerians on twitter following his tweet about ‘Change’.

IBB – now 77 and confined to a wheelchair – in a swipe at the current administration, tweeted that the only change he has heard in the last 4 years is Nigeria defeating India as the world’s poorest country.
This generated lots of reactions as most people feel he laid the foundation for the poor leadership the citizens suffer today.

CelebritiesAMVCA Host, Osakioduwa Sorry For Calling Falz’s Dancers “irresponsible” by Meloshi(op): 8:27pm On Sep 02, 2018

IK wrote on Twitter, “Hey Tweeps, I think I need to apologise for the joke about the dancers I want in my life. I was just saying I like ‘Bad’ girls (Who doesn’t?), Sorry to the people it offended. Please don’t get in your feelings about it. Let’s not kill ourselves over my adjectives.”

The comment came after IK and his co-host, Minnie Dlamini stepped on stage after Falzthebahdguy’s performance. In an attempt to be funny, IK described the dancers as “irresponsible girls”.

CelebritiesSadiq Daba Goes Down The Memory Lane by Meloshi(op): 8:16pm On Sep 02, 2018

Inasmuch as it is known that Sadiq Daba is a guru when it comes to portraying characters on the television and Yinka Davies is a talented sonorous songstress, not many know that they are very good dancers.

The pair showed their dance moves in the Unleash the 80s party and they took a walk down memory lane.

The veteran actor, Sadiq Daba, said that attending the party reminded him of what good music sounds like. “The whole theme of this party speaks for itself, Unleash the 80s. It is about a group of young people who came together to take a walk back in time musically and I think it is nice. Listening to these songs brings back good old memories and they are nice in comparison to what is being played today.

Music of those days made a lot of sense, it told stories and had melodies that would make you want to listen to them repeatedly. Unlike the music of nowadays that makes no sense to me, if you listen to one, it is as good as listening to everything. What the organisers of this event are doing is to take a walk down memory lane and relive the good old days. The music they play nowadays is absolutely very strange to my ears,” he said.

For the sonorous singer, Yinka Davies, songs from the 80s helped shape her life. “Attending this party takes me down memory lane because the songs being played are the songs I listened to as a child.  It has taken me back to my teenage days and all the fun I had when I was a child. It brings back memories from my school; especially when I was a part of the literary and debating society, drama, and everything. These are the music we heard on the streets while we were going to and fro my schools. In a way, most of these old school songs helped me become the singer I am today,” she said.

Speaking about the event, one of the organisers, Bose Sanusi said, “Music and society have always been intimately related. Music is a powerful tool used to facilitate communication which goes beyond words, enables meanings to be shared, and promotes the development and maintenance of individual, group, cultural and national identities. We all know that an old song has the power to trigger vivid memories that could transport us back in time.”

CelebritiesWhy Wizkid’s ‘made In Lagos’ Will Be Better Than Davido’s Sophomore Album by Meloshi(op): 11:15am On Sep 02, 2018

The intensity of rivalry among competitors in an industry refers to the extent to which firms within an industry put pressure on one another and limit each other’s profit potential. If rivalry is fierce, then competitors are trying to steal profit and market share from one another. As a result, this reduces profit potential for all firms within the industry. Just like the lengthy dominance in the modern day football through the rivalry shared between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, Nigeria is not out in this case, when it comes to the world of showbiz. David Adedeji Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, and Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid, the talented duo have endured off and on friendship amidst controversy between the two music moguls. Just like in the game of football there has been a divided perspective on whose better between Messi and Cristiano, the same question is directed on the part of these superstars among their respective fans.

1. Davido is well known to be the “single hitman”, though on his ingang to the music world, He dropped the album OMO BABA OLOWO, which till date remains the only official studio album by Davido, not considering other EPs. Davido produced and released his first musical recording “Back When” which was a major hit. The song served as the album’s lead single and received frequent airplay, this still doesn’t discredit the ever glowing “Dami duro” which received hit waves around the nation. The two defining songs were just the only songs as many as 17 songs dropped from his first album. Since then, Davido may however, gone another dimension to restructure his musical strategy by making hit and non-album singles, which habitually at times last way longer than most studio albums and singles by his fellow musicians. He’s proven how superfantastic his work has been by dropping nationwide hit singles like “If”, “Fall”, “Fia” and most recently “Assurance”. This also includes numerous other singles he featured many of his compatriots within and outside Nigeria, which made major waves. The ‘Baddest’ is the deferred second studio album by the Afropop star, which was put on hold due to terms of the contract Davido signed with Sony Music BMG. It was meant to be his second overall album and the follow-up to his debut LP, Omo Baba Olowo.
That said, Wizkid on the other hand has been overwhelmingly successful both locally and international. The release of his ever ecstatic “Superstar” album, arguably his best out of his previous trio, ushered in a protégé from Banky-W, heralded by aptness of greatness unseen. Till date, star boy as popularly known, has exceeded the firmament most expected of him. Back to back hits in his premature career assisted to boost an undeniable massive talent, to become a household name and citizen’s favorite.

2.Wizzy dropped self-titled album “Ayo” which was a huge success and “Sounds from the other side”, made it a total of three studio albums to his name.
However, just not to be obscured by favoritism and predilection, both artists are set to drop their respective albums, “Sophomore” from Davido, scheduled to drop on September, and “Made in Lagos” from WizKid yet unascertained. Irrespective of the fact that, Davido lately have been dominating headlines locally and more recently added superb “Best international act” award during the BET awards to the list of his other numerous awards in his cabinet. Nevertheless, there’s still enough reasons to suggest that WizKid’s album would be better than his compatriot, even though he’s currently dominating the local music scenes.

3. Considering the duo’s first ever albums, it’s clear that WizKid’s “Superstar” album made more wave and got esteemed appreciation from locals over Davido’s “Omo baba Olowo”. Being commended on a number of notes, like having the reminiscent voice of the great Fela kuti, added to the fact that Wizkid’s vocal range is sufficient to create enduring music for music lovers. Coming from such a young lad inspired by reggae, dancehall, and R&B rhythms all in one piece of album meant that Davido’s debut album was shut off.
Overview of their respective genre’s of music, WizKids genre of music, which can be classified under reggae and dancehall, with proven testimonies from previous released songs, like “come closer”, “one dance” “Daddy yo” that are part of his “sounds from the other side” seems to make more wave, and craves more anticipation from fans over that of Davido, most especially in the international scene.
Over time, with the compilation of the duo’s musical artistry, WizKid has shown to have credibility when it comes to musical production over Davido. He’s known to produce well-crafted, and dimensional pop dance project that is all about vibes, minding sternly the needed actual substance.

4. Wizkid has shown to be far more diverse than Davido as well. WizKid enigmatic diversity has proven to be crowd appealing where ever he performs. He integrates lovers of diverse genres of music, without much difficulty. This owing to his ability of being a diverse artist. Going through his hit productions over the years, WizKid have proven to be an ample part of every music genre he ventures himself into, be it Afrobeat, Afropop, reggae, dancehall, hip hop and pop. That’s why much is still expected of his album.
Nevertheless, Wizkid is going solo on the whole track list of his much anticipated album, leaving many with the desire that something new should be expected of the Daddy yo coroner. This setup plan alone is an anticipation on it’s own, where as Davido would go on to feature already known African artists, which is not much a big deal.
There are rumors moving that Davido’s already released singles which are to be featured in his anticipated album prior to it’s debut might still feature in his latest album, this may perhaps debilitate the awaiting freshness many have been thirsting for. There has been so many word of mouth, confessing that, WizKid’s “Made in Lagos” album is more culture oriented, in the sense that, it touches every aspect of the Nigerian life and divulges in deep with proverbial wordings into the conventional status quo of the country.

5. Finally, it’s always difficult to compare both artists, due to the magnitude of talent they possess and hard work they put in as well. Davido has been the better of the pair in the eye of the locals, due to his domineering back to back hit singles, but that still isn’t enough reason to invalidate Star boy, who does put in a lot of hard work. More over he has the more international recognition amongst the pair, which gives him an upper hand over his compatriot. Most people might see comparison as been unhealthy or a medium for favoritism, but its an important aspect of life and the showbiz industry, we compare and contrast to get the very best. However, whatever our reasons are for comparing, we should bear in mind that this duo just like Ronaldo and Messi are quite above every other artists and are currently enjoying their own league of dominance, and can only be compared with each other right now. With that said, we can only enjoy the limited time we have with them, coupled with their beautiful musical artistry, though on that note, await the resounding pleasure that comes with the most anticipated albums of the year!

The Ogun State Police Command says it has arrested a priest, Lekan Olukolu, for the death of a 25-year-old woman, Idowu Ogunkoya, who allegedly died in his shrine.

The police added that the suspect was arrested on Sunday, August 19, 2018.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the suspect was arrested following a complaint lodged by one Lucky Oghenetega.

He said Oghenetega reported at the Ago Iwoye Police Division that the deceased, who was his fiancé, was taken to the shrine of the priest by her parents for spiritual cleansing because they suspected her of witchcraft.

Oyeyemi said Oghenetega further told the police that when the woman got to the shrine, the priest shaved her head and gave her a liquid substance to drink in order to deliver her.

Oghenetega was quoted to have said that the deceased slumped and died immediately after taking the liquid substance.

Oyeyemi said, “On the strength of the report, the Divisional Police Officer, Ago Iwoye division, Adeola Adedoyin, led detectives to the shrine situated at the Ojuolota area of Ijesha Road in Ago Iwoye, where the priest was promptly arrested.”

He was said to have been arrested alongside the father of the deceased one Temitayo Ogunkoya.

The state police spokesman stated that the state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, had ordered the transfer of the suspects to Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department in Abeokuta for further investigation.

“The CP also warned members of the public to desist from primitive and barbaric ways of dealing with matters, especially issues that have to do with human life,” Oyeyemi said.

HealthRats, Mosquitoes Or Bed Bugs: Which Is The Most Annoying To Have In The Room? by Meloshi(op): 3:17am On Aug 24, 2018

Especially Lagos rats, they are annoyingly big and disgusting. If one mistakenly enters your room, just get ready to be terrorized.

Their movement in the house alone can give you sleepless nights. If they enter your Kitchen, just wave bye-bye to your meats and other food stuffs.

Funny enough, rats don’t enter trap again, most of them are now smart enough to recognize trap.

They don’t fall into it again, you can only get them if you can go in physical battle with them with the right weapon, not broom oo.

Mosquitoes

Mosquitoes have been terrorizing Nigerians since 1914. The way they suck blood ehn, they can suck out somebody’s Glory.

It’s being said that only 4 Lagos Mosquitoes can lift up a whole human being from bed .

It’s even good when mosquitoes just suck blood and go away but they can’t do without singing to someone’s ear just to make sure you don’t have sound sleep.

Bed Bugs

In my place we call them, Uncle “Idun”. Only one bed bug can build an empire in your room. Their mission is to suck blood and nothing more.

They hide between beds or in any available hole in the room. Once you sleep, they storm your bed to suck your blood.

If they are not satisfied with the blood they sucked all through the night, they can follow you to work, hiding inside your cloth or in your bag and it can be very embarrassing when someone else spot it on your body in public.

You don cast be that

It’s certain that no one will desire any of the above creations in the room. The question still remains

Among Mosquitoes, Rats Or Bed Bugs, Which Is The Most Annoying To Have In The Room?
