I lost the gallon, but I remember it's written on it that it can protect the engine for upto 15k to 20k miles. I bought it for 28k in September last year and now even more expensive.

i use same oil i change every 5000 miles.....

And wassup with people saying don't service gear but always service engine....

M I going to use same gear oil for 2-3 years because there's no fault..... Must there be fault to change oil?

We put 5 litres into it.
1 1 litre and 1 4 litre can = 18k

5 litres is too much.....u measure wot comes out n replace with same quantity......Excess transmission fluid will cause high pressure in the system.....i brgt 4 litres in 2019 to change mine,d kazeem just poured everytin,i refused ask him to leak out some based on d dipstick measurement.....d 4 litres was even above d hot line on d deep stick on cold check...

Hello gurus; I changed my toyota camry 05 gear oil yesterday after more than a year of usage without issues. After about 20 minutes drive this morning it suddenly stopped changing even when I revved the car to 4k rpm. What could be wrong and is the gear gone? Its a 13 pin gear and I used the recommended t4 oil inscribed on the oil stick.

how much did u buy d tiv oil,how many litres was introduced into d gearbox..in d morning d oil shd be at d low part of dip stick,n high when engine is hot.make sure ur mechanic didnt overfil ur gearbox.....

Hello OP the following is the cause of your car overheating each time you on your AC. It requires sequential troubleshooting:

1. The direction of fan flow - check if the fan is still force draft i.e blowing air across the radiation. It should be clockwise direction - the same principle with standing fans. Also, check the blade angle if it is still okay.

2. Check your water pump if it is still functional or worn.

3. Check your thermostat if is stuck. I once had the same issue which thermostat was part of the root cause. You can check yourself by removing the thermostat and put it in boiled water. If it opens then is still okay, if it doesn't then the spring is damaged; change it.

4. Check the radiator for leakage and blockage.

5. Check for possible leakage from the connecting hoses.

6. Check also possible leakage from the condenser

7. Check if your car is using the right compressor. It might be of higher capacity which definitely will overheat the car.

8. Function test the top gasket if is still okay. You can check by feeling the radiator with water while the engine is running (Not when the engine is hot oh!). If it bubbles like continuously then definitely, the top gasket is gone; change it.

• Wiper Fluid

Check Tyre Pressure – Most of car users don’t read car manuals to understand the recommended psi for the car tyre. But most recommended gauge is 35psi for your tyre.

Check Brake pads/Liner Brake disc and brake drums – Always have them checked to be on a safer side regularly. Have had a customer who doesn’t pay attention to it until it stops them on the road.

Replace car parts with certified OEM parts – Most kazeems will advice you to replace car parts with tokunbo which is not guaranteed. Most of the parts do comes in new form but the price is quite scaring and in order not to scare the customer away they prefer to do something for you to come back regularly. Always request for OEM parts.

Always keep an eye on the dashboard, most people ignore the check engine light it is time to pay attention to it now.

My Camry don't accelerate more than 60km/hr unless I remove my leg from the accelerator and press after few seconds.. also the check engine starts blinking when ever I try to move more than 60km/hr.. please gurus in the house I need help.
