megastu:You read my mind. I have always pictured him as an upstanding guy. This is an all time low in my opinion. |
Explore this site. You'd be fine. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/111-bringing-family-members-of-us-citizens-to-america/ |
Check your email. If you are serious. How much are you looking for? I have 889,000 barrels available every 10 to 14days. |
I need 500,000 Metric Tonnes every month and also some huge order for Kerosene. I'll prefer someone that has a direct link to a refinery. If you can supply, it'd be worth your while. Trust me. Reply here first then I'd disclose my email later. Only serious replies please. Thanks |
Are you sure you are not referring to Dv 2011? At any rate this is what they wrote on their site: DV 2011 Status Check - Entrants who previously completed online DV 2011 entry through the official website can check the status of their entry at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov Results for DV-2011 and DV-2010 Lotteries: DV-2011 and DV-2010 lottery winners were already notified by mail and winners are provided further instructions. Those selected in the random drawing are NOT notified by email. Those individuals NOT selected will NOT receive any notification. |
@Sithanda, Dominican Republic is nice. Nice to visit and live if you have money. I can certainly say stuff works there better than Naija. Regarding hustle though, I wouldn't advise anyone from Naija to go there to hustle. If you don't speak or understand spanish, you might find it extremely difficult to make it there unless may be you are employed by American/English schools. @Sammy107_d, Just wanted to make a quick correction. Cayman Islands and the Bahamas doesn’t require a US Visa since they are not part of US territories. Cayman requires a British visa while Bahamas would require a Bahamian visa. |
UK Visa info, http://www.ukvac-ng.com/index.aspx, US Visa info http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/welcome.html |
I praise God with you my brother. The God wey start this one to complete am. Make sure you ask around the forum for more information that could assist you with the rest. Congrats. |
@April22, Unfortunately she has just about three options and some of which has been enumerated by Davidylan. First she needs to check on the status of the petition. I would suggest to at least consult an immigration lawyer. Secondly, since it sounds as if her initial visa had expired, she is now accruing illegal presence. If she's discovered, she'd be deported and be subject to a ban of 10yrs. Also, because her initial Visa had expired, she's ineligilble for Adjustment of Status (AoS) which is what would have normally occur. AoS would have prevented her from going to Naija for Consular processing. The third option would be to fall in love with and marry a US citizen, the USC would then file I-130, but both of them must prove it is a valid marriage and not just based on trying to avoid deportation. She needs to do some' fast. She's just postponing the evil day. I know folks that didn't bother who had been in the US for donkey years who have been deported. |
bibiking1:Respond to Vicjustice's question. I don't think transit Visas allows one to step outside the airport. |
This is what you call Chei. and double Chei. To think some fraudulent agents might still be selling this "Eldorado to unsuspecting desperate folks!!! |
anupamak:Sorry about your situation. With the L visa, you shouldn't have any problem with your pregnancy. You are approved to work, not here on immigrant visa and you have sufficient funds. Rest your mind. It's only someone with a tourist visa that I'd advise differently. You'd be fine. Goodluck. |
April22:St. Johns is the smallest. Personally I prefer St. Croix the largest of the islands. St. Thomas is the most popular though. |
Me too. |
This is similar to UK Border Force https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmO22YDTzwI |
tinkinfela:Main man, don't ever cite wikipedia for meaning of words. Not a good look at all. Always use the dictionary. Vicjustice's definition is the correct meaning. That doesn't mean that your "Sambo" stuff is not true though. |
prince_onx:These statements are useless. How can you stand corrected when posters above you including me had already stated that it's possible to get a 10yrs US Visa? And no, it wasn't a recent change!!! |
johnkent:I agree. |
Pittbaby:Yep. It may not be common in US Embassy in Naija but in some countries that's like the standard practise. Once you have sufficient ties to your country dey just dashed them 10yrs even on a Virgin passport. I was shocked when I first heard it. I also remembered when 3months was like the standard for Naija issuance, now dey dash pple 2yrs multi even for first time. |
Medlabgirl:I actually prefered your title. "CHOOSE BC". You are entitled to your opinion which I think has been helpful to several folks. Let the folks attacking your thread start theirs. I very much hate the crab mentality that exists with several Nigerians. Everywhere I go, I'll always make sure to amplify the voices of people like you and shoot down those who are bent on being anti because of over sabi. Common, Look at the Chinese, Ethiopians, Arabs, caucasians, etc they share information and their people are progressing and owning successful businesses. But guess what the first job of an average Nigerian would be, pick holes in noble intentions, attack or discredit the person. At least applaud the person, encourage them and in a loving way if they made mistakes, correct and provide solutions. I tire for these our people, Seriously, |
lovelynk:What I'm saying is that they could choose not to disclose that they've children at the interview. Upon migration to the US, 5yrs later they'd acquire citizenship, then they could file for the kids. Trust me, I have seen worse and it does work out even if it takes time. Expand your scope and visit other immigration online forums especially the ones in google. This is cakewalk compared to the blunders others had done and were still able to recover. Life is not always black and white. |
lovelynk:To piggyback on what Vicjustice said, DV is intended to bring your and fresh folks who could contribute to the growth of the US and not be a liability that’s why you have the minimum education requirement and profession cert. Although when the DV originally started it wasn’t so. They have since up the ante. Now, regarding the children being a disqualification thing, forget it. They could explain it away that since the children aren’t migrating or look for another excuse. On the other hand, they could always file for the children later. They should do this when they become citizens though. The max USCIS would do is requiring a proof which they could overcome by doing DNA tests. Meanwhile, the interview could go either way. If they’re enjoying their lives in Naija, they should stay put. I know many older folks who also won the DV but refused to take up the offer. |
@Medlabgirl, Thanks for sharing and helping others out. On the other hand, why are some folks bent on picking a fight on everything? This is pathetic.!!! |
Bye bye Ghana |
Mensah is Yakubu. |
Chei, Enemy don follow Gyan enter field o. |
^^^^^^ Na lie o. Many Ethiopians and Eritreans that I have come across are cute. You may pull some pics of some that are not on the net. But "many" and I'm careful with the word, many that I have come across are hot. |
He needs serious prayers, self discipline and someone to be accountable to so he can stay monogamous. He'd be swimming against the tide. |
