Hello dearies, i have been a silent follower for such a long time. its time i actively participate oh. We are Team June EDD (LMP) is 5th June, this journey hasn't been easy but God has been faithful. Had bleeding in the 3rd month, had to be placed on medication which gave me serious migraine as a side effect. Presently having an ear infection (the pain no be for here oh) ENT guys refused to give me any pain killer (because of my condition) i had to go see my Gynea who said i shouldnt have to ensure so much pain as it could lead to preterm labour, he now prescribed the almighty Tramadol ( funny enough, as notorious as it is, its safe for pregnancy) this helped stop the pain but the side effect was nausea, i vomit anything i eat, even if its water i drink. Enough of my background story, Team June Cappo....come for my welcome party oh...make sure fresh fish pepper soup will be on the party menu. Thank God for safe delivery to mummy's who have put to bed, your babies shall give you peace. For us wey dey waddle, the Lord will see us through and we shall deliver safely in Jesus name, Amen!! 24 Likes 1 Share |

LordMecuzy: Lord sabisabi, CBN does have executive assistants, they function as secretaries. A branch controller's (BC) secretary is an executive assistant. salary should be between 120,000 and 200,000/ month apart from other allowances such as Lunch allowance N2000 per day, rent etc 1 Like |

Yeah...the master cleanse is really intense, I just don't see myself going there yet But not to discourage you eyekandy...cos you need all the motivation you can get, am sure with enough determination you will reach your goal. |

10 days on lemonade only? That's invitation to ulcer oh... Am currently on day 2 of the GENERAL MOTORS detox diet, those who have completed it swear by it and for me although am a bit weak, I can already see results, they claim the diet gives you a healthy cleanse (without starving) and you loose between 5 to 11 kg of weight. I have lost 1kg already... my aim isn't to loose weight, I have been having issues with bowel movements and already like I said earlier, am seeing results. |
