Baby mama: My dad had a good friend from KO's village in ndizuogu and we visited there for some masquerade festivalKingsley Ozuomba Mbadiwe was a great man and one of the first nationalist. The first Minister for Works. He is the minister that planned and designed Lagos. I'm not from Izuogu but from neighboring village, just abt 4 poles from my house. When he opened his house , Fmr President Shagari officially cut the ribbon, that was in the early 80's. Agada gbachiri uzo, even though he is dead but the dynasty is still active. His nephew is in the House of Rep. Arondizuogu is a village with prominent people, dead and still living. |

Rotimi: no permanent friend in politics but permanent interest. Who told you that Wike and co don't wish to become the president of this country? Everybody is playing his own game. Wise up!!! |

Okiki_Oluwa: I need to know how well he has performed in Abia State before cursing or blessing him.He is the worst thing that has ever happened to Abia State. The worst in infrastructure, the worst in human development, the worst in administration. I can never wish any state even my enemy state to have this fool as a governor. Come to Aba and you will shed tears. |
What of toyota hiace 2004(right hand) . |
This award is for T. A. Orji. With so much resources, you can't see motorable road in Aba. |
I am about importing Mitsubushi Spacegear bus, I understand that the tariff for commercial bus is cheaper. Spacegear 99 model, what's your price? |
That's the price of martyrdom!!! Sleep on saints. |

Your Eulogies here give me comfort and stopped me from crying though its very difficult for me to come to this thread without shed of tears. For record straight, people should stop spreading false rumor on what killed Chinaza!!! It was not slimming tea plz. RIP Little Shanker!!! |
IKEMBA NNEWI: [b] Sincerely speaking i'm not a fan of how we(Igbos) most times pull our own down, Rochas is dolling out just a meagre #30,000 to tradtional rulers and it's a big news. But neither of you said anything when P.Obi distributed 200 Suvs to traditional rulers in an election season. We all might despise Rochas for dumping 'Our' party to join the party of you know who, but that should not blind us into not commmending something good when we see one. Tell me, what initiative of Rochas have we ever applauded since he left Apga? Need i remind you sycophants that Rochas Remains the only Governor in the East that has properly immortalised Ojukwu? He was the 1st person to build and rename a cultural centre in his name and Heroe's square in Owerri is in Ojukwu's memory. What have other Governor's in the east done for our great Ikemba? P.obi renamed an already named street after him and named a university just few days to election in his name( we all know what for). I hate it when people pokenose unneccesarily. Imo people elected Rochas, they should be the ones to tackle him if they feel he's stepping out of bounds! The rest of you should just go and face your villages! You spoke my mind!!! They should come to Abia State and see the worst. To me , Owelle Rochas is the best but he still needs to buckle up on his kitchen cabinet cos they are not for his good primarily. Change many contractors handling major projects. Reshuffle the Inner caucus. Change the HOD works though he is a close allie . Keep some of family from his govt. Recall back those people that worked for him during the last election. People protected his votes e.g GOLD CARD members. The worst mistake Ohakim did was his thought on using core politicians to win election which failed him. Owelle is toying that line, he has forgotten that they were not they ones that helped him. He has abandoned the original people, now romancing with the people who even took a picture of him holding result sheet. OWELLE go back to the drawing board. |
@op, its a good business. I know somebody that just returned from Malaysia , his Veg Oil is on the way coming back, maybe January sales. I dunno the name of the brand but Malaysia has one of the best veg oil. |
11-12-13, raining very heavily in Aba. I really do not understand this thing oo. |
We had the same issue back then, it was not leakage but we were given industrial host and pump(iron stuff tight at d cylinder). So, it pumps gas like to the burner like die. Change it to private use (dunno its name sha) |
obicentlis: This is a serious issue. Its still raining in PH. This is December, everybody is expecting Xmas harmatan but we are getting rains everyday. Na waa ooo! |
I do not know where this topic should be but the MODs know better if its not in the right room. I have been hearing of Climate change since my secondary school days but I couldn't really understand what it actually means till this period that I am having a first hand experience of it. Climate is the weather condition of a region recorded within a period of time usually 35years. When there is a change in this weather condition, it is called Climate Change. I was born and brought up in Aba , Abia State, though I am from Imo State. I have not spent morethan 6 consecutive months outside Aba, though I ve been to all the regions of the country(I travel a lot). Even when I was in school, I visit Aba regularly. I am still earning my living presently in Aba.(Nwa Aba) Raining season starts early April and ends October but the peak of the raining season is usually June and July. While dry season starts by late October and ends usually late March and April. 2013 Raining season started on its time but a little late and there was no much rain during the peak period of june, july and early August. On September, it rained normally and it stopped on late October. Everybody started waiting for the dry season which will usher in the Harmattan but none came. As of November and presently this December, it is still raining heavily in Aba Everyday . My many years in this part of the country, I have not seen such. Coupled with the poor state of both federal and state roads in the commercial city and environs, it is always a bad day when it rains. Shops and residential buildings are submerged and the lost are incomparable. It is clouding to rain now as I am typing this. What can be done to correct this Climate change? People are worried cos dry season increases business activities and it is affecting everyone even those working. What's happening in your arear? |
Joke of the year |
cdamsel: we have been down that lane many times over, dont worry, its well.say hi to vivi 4 me,tell her cdamsel misses herMaking me emotional! |

cdamsel: my dear na so we c am oooo, she left us just like that, dry ur eyes,God ll give u comfort just as he is giving usI called home now and everybody seems to be aware of it. My surprise is why none of them care to tell me. Even in her old street where she grew up, everybody is aware of her death. Went out to really confirm if I'm dreaming or not, everybody looked at me like its no longer new story. Would have paid my last respect to her bf her interment but I will do that tomorrow at her graveside. This is a VERY big LOST. |
