ketoprofen: Its not about popularity. If it is APC that will save Abia, I am fully in support of them. Aba is a messed city with IGR morethan many states in the north but nothing to show for it. T. A. Orji knows that Rochas visit to Aba will definitely spell doom for him and he stopped. Opposition states perform well morethan leading party states. Abia States is under leading party states and the govt believes nothing will happen to them cos they are allied of d presidency. |
ifebosco: tellme one different between gej and orji??They are the same thing but the only difference is that GEJ uses his conscience but the other person is devil incarnate. T. A. Orji has relocated to Abuja since the PDP crises. He is buying the favor of GEJ cos he knw too well that EFCC must get at him. The most useless man I have ever seen in my life. |
Okoro2015: People should not cry more than the bereaved. We, the good people of Imo state are strongly in support of T.A's action. You alone. |
Nigerians have gone to sleep thinking that 2011 elections were free, fair and credible. There are a lot to work on, there are states where elections didn't hold. It was as usual, an example of the state is Abia state. Election didn't hold there, materials were hijacked by Chief of Army Staff boys(soldiers) in favour of PDP. 75percent of voters didn't vote. And the Inec staff were also compromised. Fixing the election today is not the problem but the problem lies with the Inec foot soldiers and security forces allowing people to exercise their rights. If GEJ can declare that he will not run in 2015 and conduct the best election, he will be celebrated . But power intoxicates, he can't imagine loosing all they escorts, attentions, command, honors, red carpets, presidential jets etc if he decides not to run. How I wish he can listen and create history which I expected him to make in 2011 by declining his interest from the race. Abdulsalami Abubarkar is celebrated in Africa and the world with the likes of Mandela. How many of you have heard of his wife? She is just a Chief judge of Niger State, recently appointed. Her husband has the contact to appoint her a supreme court judge like Justice Mary Peter Odili , wife of former gov of Rivers State. Our problem is not tribal. We are our own problem! |
ketoprofen: U are talking abt Ojukwu' s burial of two years ago.As a grassroot man, i will tell you without mincing words that his popularity has gone above what it was during Ojukwu's burial. Do you think T. A. Orji does not know why he stopped the event? Aba residents will troop to the event just to see Rochas and the media will air it and T. A. Orji camp will be jittery. Calculate well. |
Thebrightest: Arthur Eze's decision is stupendously polobocratic andNotice me!!!! |
emindu: virtually i see some people here as ones who revel and delight on discrediting Abiastate government without any fundamental basis of argument on which their lies, fake stories and malignity could be traced on…..in respect to that i notably want to use this moment to refute all lashes of derogation leveled against the state and the governor of Abia state…..we – the good people of Abia with goodwill and progressive mindedness will continue to be in unity with other neighboring state in south eastWe know whom you be. No need to read through. |
It happened to you and I didn't condemn it, tomorrow it will come to me and no body will condemn it. Let's face the iSsue and condemn it in entirely. T. A. Orji is so much afraid of Rochas Okorocha because he is very popular in Nigeria, SouthEast and even in Abia State. I was at the Enyimba Stadium during Ojukwu's burial . Rochas was the man of the moment and T. A. Orji was bullied. Aba residents didn't allow T. A. Orji to make his speech but Rochas name was on the lips of the crowd and the chant was 'Rochas , we need you for just 2weeks as Governor of Abia, we know Aba will wear a better look'. The burial ceremony turned to a rally celebrating Rochas and Regan Ufomba immediately ceased the opportunity to walk round the stadium to cheer the crowd on the back of APGA governorship candidate. T. A. Orji saw all these and he will not allow Rochas popularity to materialize and root well in Abia state cos it will be hurricane Abia. This is the not the 1st time the Abia State govt will cAncel his visit to Aba, even in 2012, he was scheduled to attend welcome visit by Imo indigenes in Aba at CKC, the state govt stopped it. That is just the truth. Condemn it now or it will happen to you tomorrow. Cheers! |

When temptation comes to one family, it will look as if they re the. Worst sinners, but its not so. Always pray against. Temptation. I wish the Agagus strong heart to carry. The storm will soon be over. |
Hw much |
RIP sir, but most importantly tell Agagu that we are not happy with him for the deaths of innocent Nigerians on board the crashed aircraft and the embarrassment it caused Nigeria and Nigerians. Lastly sir, our airspace is not that safe. When u get to Lagos, inspire ur people to transport ur body through land to avoid another shoot bird story. |
Congrats to them. Will tell you guys my own story nextyear. Just wish me well. |
With due respect Your Lordship sir, if this strike will revamp our educational system and stop this half bake graduates syndrome then I am in fully support of it. It is better to strike now and get things right than going on strike every year. But my problem is that, even if u give the lectures billion dollars, they will still ask for sorting and sexually harass their female students. I will advice the president to heed to their demand then establish a strong Enforcement Unit in the varsities to take care of any one caught sorting or harassing any female student, outright SACK. |
I open this thread. www.nairaland.com/1467272/what-stay-alive cos so many death here are avoidable. We can learn from eachother on how to avoid some certain death from our experience of losing a loved one. Give your advise, some might learn from it. Thanks. |
