You are right bro. Background check on work experience also contribute to the delay factors. The good part of it is that positive outcome is sure at d end.

VISA processing for single aplicants seem faster than married ones. Chidike applied as a single applicant and got it in less than a month too (maybe 2 weeks sef).

May 16th-----Direct Grant.

why dont you want to claim exp if ACS already gave u 5yrs which equals 5 pts

5 years will give him 10 points wc will go a long way in getting quick invitation. I think he should give reason why he doesnt want to claim point frm xperience.

Im not sure they were contacted. My superiors would have told me if they were.
Vetassess uses website to do background check on companies. If your company has functional website, they will check it to know what d coy is all about. If they get what they want they wont contact ur employer.

2) In my previous job, most of my salaries were not paid via bank and the ones paid through account, there was no indication of the company's name. Please should I do? Will Reference letter, offer letter and few payslips be OK?

2. You should be okay with payslips and other employment documents.

please want to ask; I have a B.Sc. in Building from my home country in Sub Sahara Africa, and an MSc. in Construction Project Management from The UK, with about 1-3 years experience in the construction industry. My question is should i be applying for project builder or construction project manager?

You are qualified for both project builder with ur Bsc in Buílding and construction project manager with your Msc. With your 3 years experience, you should be okay with vetassess but you may not be able to claim point frm experience coz minimum a year would be deducted from ur experience. Is your experience post Bsc or Msc? Do you work as a builder or you work as a construction manager? Just go for the one that is related to ur job description. You should be fine.

Although, I have been very skeptical about being nominated as AQF bachelor based on someone posting something schools being categorized into sections 1 , or 2 by acrios or whatever.

Its a mixed feeling here as am Glad for the AQF bachelor and sad about the -Ve outcome(263111)

Moving forward I will be nominating another occupation before the end of the day ($395).....after i request for a recommendation ($200) from ACS.

My wife's assessment is still in stage 4a.

I think the reason is explicit. Your role of information technology does not go hand in hand with the nominated occupation of network engineering. You can check if there is any occupation close to information technology. All the best.

Hello House, top of the morning to all. So I have received NSW invitation to apply for state nomination. My question is this, since Vetassess gave me only 2.8 years of work experience which amounts to 0 point, do I still need to upload work experience evidence documents in my application?

You only need to submit documents to prove the points you are claiming. Since you are not claiming points for work experience, you dont need those documents. But i think you need to submit your CV. Check their website for better info.
