This positions are earned via promotions within the Civil service according to Civil service rules. Politically women have been senators,members of parliament, dep. gov., even acting governors. At one time a woman was a governor(when a governor was impeached)

There's ministry of women affairs but there's no such ministry for men affairs! Abi men no get affairs? Yet men support our lovely ladies/women.
