educhigo:E fit no enter serious case. Your lawyer should calm down except he didn’t do the right thing. I’ve had similar experiences before. One of them threatened fire & brimstone. Notorious for causing similar problems in rented apartments. He met his match in a good lawyer & a law abiding citizen as the owner of the house. He even got a lawyer & was ready to go to court. Meanwhile he couldn’t pay his rent as & when due. It was his lawyer that advised him to be calming down & look for where to move to ASAP because due process was followed & his lawyer was aware. The other one left on his own after the bailiff was brought in. Always ensure you get a good lawyer. Let whoever is coming to rent your house pay all fees or no deal. |
Somehow I always recognize a propaganda when I see one. |
If the court has served them a notice & the number of days have elapsed then approach the court to provide a bailiff & may be an officer who will come & do the needful. Follow proper legal route. Don’t put a padlock on their door nor remove their doors/roof. As long as there was an agreement he signed. Just follow the legal means no even follow am talk again let him speak with your lawyer. |
Make I no talk wetin Dey my mind |
Randy men that can’t control their sexual urges. Uncultured girls that think going n@k 3d is true freedom. To the decent ones that the randy ones wouldn’t allow to rest Weldone for always exposing them. Boys do suffer this too. It’s just that the society will tag you a f 00 l for reporting or rejecting an enjoyment others are paying to get😁 |
When you collect your first salary carry am appreciate your Papa & Mama if they are still alive. You didn’t attend that school for free. That University fees no cheap. |
So sad |
Hmm |
Make it just one day of work(Mondays)😂 |
It’s not the first time this is happening. However, I feel the presidency should have worked with the HOSF to ensure that the hit-the-ground-running mantra also applies to the ministers. Directors should have gotten new postings latest Friday before the swearing in of the new ministers on Monday. These things no hard na. No need for all the CORNfusion in the corntry |
Traditional rites on a pastor? Hmmm. They’ll preach against these things but will do otherwise when it concerns them. Funny thing is the same pastors/Christians that will be against you accepting an innocent chieftaincy title based on community recognition of your contributions will be the first to congratulate him. The moment some Pastors shifted ground on tithing after collecting it for years I just shook my head. |
To show it’s original and not fake |
They can’t collaborate to build road is it rail line they will collaborate to build? |
I thought they don’t show faces of suspects. |
It was shocking when I saw the unemployment rate being better than most developed countries. They bureau later told the public the methodology was changed. The same methodology used over the years & by others the bureau is comparing its results with. |
Hmmm all these rags to riches stories. |
Abia - Umuahia Abuja - As0 Rk Adamawa - Yola … Na you Dey find state & capital oya see am. |
Fujiyama:I no follow for una Lagos vs others matter. It’s a generic thing with maintenance in this country hence the word Nigeria(ns) |
The owners will still pay a certain amount to collect after paying the passport fees |
A prophet isn’t respected in his own town 😂 |
Let me borrow a famous line: There is no provision for the electronic inspection of cargoes in the Act😂 Both methods(physical and electronic) can be used😂😂 |
Hmmm |
Nyanabo:Which table? The one wey I don break since? Just carry wetin you fit carry go do firewood. I don Dey go😂😂😂 |
Hmm |
I don’t inherit anyone’s enemy. E no mean say I no get people wey no just like me. I focus on those ones so I can treat their f. up😂 I notice everybody here get peaceful women. Who come get the ones wey dey find trouble up & down? Abi dem no get man for their live? |
Not an Engineer ke? Baba na Engineer. The person couldn’t even ask google who Baba be. Even me sabi dat Engineer part of Baba. |
"Oga, to be a man isn't easy ooo! Sometimes, I dey look my pikin dem and get jealous. Those kids don't have to bother about anything. Just wake up, go to school, eat and sleep." He continued. Jealous that the kids are doing what he did when he was a kid abi he was born as an adult. Those kids didn’t beg him to bring them into this world. Person no get wetin to chop E Dey born four children. |
The decay no be here. Even when it wasn’t completed to standard at commissioning, the decay is getting worse. They defecate & urinate on the streets around the area, some areas are not utilized hence these areas have become mechanic workshops. A lot of things I can’t even type. Nigeria and poor maintenance culture. Chai If I may add it’s under utilized too. Amala, ewedu, melon, ofada rice with sauce etc are sold on the same stinking streets around the terminal. Ticketing booths have turn to something else in some sections of the terminal. |
No go computer village. I repeat don’t. You might end up losing your laptop. Post it on social media platforms & ensure you meet potential buyers in public places. As for jiji, I thought I was the only one who felt that way. The Nigerian in me suggested to me it’s jiji guys that are reaching out to make one feel he’s getting engagement😂. Real buyers that contact any seller on their platform after seeing the price will most likely buy if delivery is affordable. Everything na scam for this corntry |
Reflect7:If you didn’t start your write up with an insult we would have had a discourse & may be you, I & a few others who read comments would have learnt something new. Since you decided start with insults all I can say is good night & goodbye 👋 |
Reflect7:Bro, black man dey wear suit & tie na. Almost everything wey we dey use na white man get am. Before the eyes of the law, you are naked without that wig while you are in court doing your thing. |
