After 40yrs of age, plans for retirement becomes a big priority for so many people. My qestion is, how much does one really need to retire comfortably in Nigeria, regardless of your location or state of residence?

oga, the answer to this question would break your heart because the vast majority of Nigerians cannot afford to save enough money to retire, if you're still determined to know the answer, then quote me.

When would southerners demand for the disintegration of Nigeria because this country cannot move ahead with this type of leadership? Are we not tired of the suffering and hopelessness?

l am tired! l almost went Into depression, and sucide, cos of his attitude to me. l don't Know how to handle him, cos my presence irritates him.
Please Sound advice.

(1) get sound medical advice from a medical specialist, which i suspect that you have already.
(2) get a good job or business to sustain yourself financially

the border to Chad and Niger republic are partially controlled by boko haram. The Nigerian customs won't even dare step foot there, even the army there have been forced to abandon their barracks to seek shelter in super barracks. Buhari should continue with it's poorly thought out policies like border closures while the government paid online influencers like the one above should continue with their lies of language been the problem, all Buhari is thinking about is how to tax out more money from the already poor and impoverished Nigerians while Benin republic is thinking of innovative ways to stay ahead of her competitors. At the rate things are going, most Nigerians would soon be forced to migrate out of this country just to survive.

he got his masters degree in 2012 and his bachelor's in 2019. It's not adding up.

Nice looking home but those open air terraces are almost useless for the Nigerian weather. All the verandas should have had a roof thereby increasing it's usefulness.

The design does not include a kitchen, this would likely lower the rent you would get from it. Any quotation is just an estimate, i would say budget 40 million. However, i can handle the budget for you. We have designed and built a similar project in Anambra.
