Bros... Go and buy block in the block industry and try all you can to get a good bargain... say 250 per one.. safe yourself the stress of monitoring block moulder because of 2000 blocks... Physically observe the block yourself in the block industry by carry one each in your two hands... fling it a little and see it doesn't brake... if it breaks.. it means there is not enough cement of bad sand.
Pay as you go is always good in construction industry before you enter one chance like me that ended being pity here on my borehore project..

Again... Mould block of 2000quantity doesn't what the stress... many things to consider... Sand, cement, water, labour and quality..(vibrated block)

THE PERSON PLANNING TO INSTALL AUTOMATIC GATE CONTROLLER...

This are the factors you should consider when starting the project
1, Try by all means to know the average weight of your gate in kg or pounds. this can be done by weighing the gate materials before welding or after welding by industial weighing machine...
2, The weight of the gate will help you select the grade type of automatic controller you need.. (they ranges in D3, D5, D10) the D5 is normally used for home...
3, Uninterupted provision of point light at one side of the gate the controller will be located
4, Keep in mind the Gate will be sliding to one side when opened.. Adequate stopper should be provided in case the gate over runs it set limit
5, Make sure the controller is well embeded in solid concrete to avoid movement in the gear teeth moving the gate..

keep number 4 in th tip of your finger... Automatic gate na still computer program o... and you know computer gadget get mad at times...that is why they reboot sometimes o..... make sure you provide a rigid stopper that can hold the gate any time the controller misbehave o..

the stopper might be install on the angle rail or the wall...

the singly reinforced in one direction is called the ripped... while the doubly reinforced is called the waffle..

I’m currently managing offline a clear case of fraud between a client and supplier here. The client has been handling the situation with maturity and respect.

I am not surprise you said you won't get mad over 30k to 130k... But when I help register kobocity for half that price... you know all we both went tru on price before we reach agreement and settlements... Bros.. I am not a begger... I don't need your little supports to end my issue of money collected from me without value...

I was not a begger when I sent 300k for a job that ended up not done...

But to me Bros... I know all I went through to gather the 300k I sent for this job...

Bro N3xt.. I can say that is the case.....because I gave TWINSKENNY earlier gentleman agreement one on one to refund only100k from the whole money and let me count my remaining loss... Cos I was also human... the total lost is about 200k...

This guy twinskenny took me for granted and ranted that I should go to hell, that he could only refund 50k..

So the 100k as claimed was a peaceful settlement deal between us... which he didn't take advantage off..

My uncle would have been found culpable, if he had prevented me from getting his friend (contractor) arrested for fraud.

Did twinskeny prevented you from arresting the guy? Did he hinder you from taking any decision to recover your money or to facilitate the completion of the job?
Did you ever come up with any recovery plan? other than to come on here to blackmail him so that elders will compel him to pay you.

As long as you didn’t pay him for supervision, na help him help you oga.

in your case.. you know the contractor... in my case... I don't know the contractor or know what he looks like... if I see him face to face I can't recognise him.. lastly... help is different from collecting money and removing commission ...

Escrow services can be adopted in some cases, like sales, supplies.
As for artisans and contractors, Maybe forum members with good experience on how best to handle contractor/client cases will have more to write on that.
At least, do your due diligence on whoever you want to engage, have your recovery plans in place and watch your back. If by chance the deal goes south, activate your recovery plans.
