Thanks for your contribution Oga N3xt... On the questions you asked...

1, The guy has only drilled less than 30feets... and we agreed 200 feets above (65meters to 70meters) Every new borers I took there don't even regards the 30feets as a job... they are requesting for full money...150k above ..


2, The additional 100k was paid to him at point of sales of the pipes... this is because he didn't buy the pipes from the initial 200k deposit.. The pipe was bought after his driller develop problem.. I had to used the pipe buying as a way of recovering my money... it tools the intervention of my sister before he could add 50k to my 100k to buy pipes..

3,Like I said earlier.. he bought the pipes because I pressurized him to.. our agreement was that he will buy the pipes from the initial 200k... but when he failed.. I had to force him to buying pipes by 100k to it.

4, I have tried all to reach out to the guy.. he just reads my messages without reply.. He still even upload new jobs he is doing in his watsapp status.. I don't know how TWINSKENNY could relate with such a person..

The 50k offer of TWINSKENNY plus my 50k is just 100k..

the new drillers are charging 200k to 250k currently...

mine is who will balance this remaining balance...

I have requested a 100k refund.. or he TWINSKENNY collects the 100k with me and find who to complete it according to our earlier agreed contract..
Like I always say... this is test to this forum...
I don't want us to deviate from customers satisfaction here... customers sacrificing his hard earn money is not a good omen for us here on this forum...

How will everyone feels if I collect job of designing structural engineering drawings here from someone in the forum without delivery in full.. and tell the client to sacrifice..

Many things could cause this... it could be expansion of the bonding materials(normal cement or white cement)
it could be differential settlement of the building if the screeding is not properly done..

My solution when I encountered this type of problem is to do well polished terazo floor..

There is a building built to carcass and set for roofing but abandoned for over 5 years and infested with mighty termites houses and big trees but all were cleared within days. Bricklayers were contacted to screed the floor to avoid further tree growths and termites. Within days, 3 miscreants calling themselves Ajagungbale were disturbing and stopped them from working until the owner pays for german floor. They beat them with all sort of things and siezed their working tools. The family that contracted the 3 men to the lands distanced themselves from these acts and asked the Bricklayers to continue working but the 3 men are still threatening and collected money from the artisans. Please advise on legal and effective action to take on these 3 men.

Tell the family to try and locate the Baale of the area... i am sure the issue will be resolved with a token of money.... they wont disturb again... the Baale is like their head in the area.. and they have much respect for him...

All of a sudden.. He just told me he will refund 50k out of 150k last week..

I think you people are looking at the whole borehole saga in a biased way, the question we should be asking is why did oga twinskenny allow any payment go through him in the first place ( that was his mistake, if not he wouldn't be in this Situation of name calling in an uncivilized manner).

By allowing the first payment go through him, he already pledge himself to the success of the job, so when the job went South he should not be exonerated.
