I know A-O or is it A & O only have particular days.

(2) Is it important that guarantor has asset/cash available in Part I? Person no fit use assetless guarantor?

You get your passport in 1 week

It depends,

64pages 10 years validity DIY could be a week.
Some persons collect 64pages 5years validity in 10-14 days DIY
The problem is the 32pages booklets

Please I have an uncle in Sask (citizen, we bear different last names). I'm not using him to claim points since he is not my sibling.
Is it necessary to include that I have family in Canada when filling the form/creating a profile pre-ITA? If I say no, could it count as misrepresentation? And if I tick yes, would they ask for his details and for me to submit some documents?
I don't wanna use him to claim points cos of the potential stress of getting documents

Yes, they will ask for his canadian passport and utility bill to proof his residency when u want to submit ur application after ITA.
He may be unwilling to provide such as everyone is careful these days....best to answer no except he already agreed to provide same.
Some applicants had to remove their relatives after ITA as they were unable to get the required documents.

Like Mmamaron advised u....its usually better to put LOE where it address the issue explained in my opinion too.
So if LOE is about IELTS, in spouse education placeholder attach: Degree Cert+ECA+IELTS+LOE and you'd be fine.
