PetersKID:

bros am in 100level first semester, our exams is next month, I need your advice.

1. Read for your C.A (test) as if you are reading for exams.
Trust me your exams alone can't give you an A or B, even if the course is as simple as A,B,C trust me the exam might not come the way you predict/envision it.

2. Have a time table of the courses to read each day from the beginning of the semester even if it just for an hour and stay true with it it helps. All you have to do during exams is to revise all you have studied during the semester, isn't that cool.

3. Take hard courses and courses with higher credit unit more serious and allocate more time to them.

4. Watch motivational videos on YouTube trust me it works because is not easy finding friends that take academics serious, if you find them hold them close. they are source of motivation.

5. Go to library during the weekdays it work wonders

6. when you feel like you have read enough and it seams nothing is going in, watch a movie, try it even during exams. when you feel sleepy. Don't stress yourself sleep and put on an alarm.

7. 100level result is the most important result because that is what you may likely graduate with. so be serious

8. Don't think you can do it without God. Village people are real.

9. once exam time table is out dont panic look for a class and think, evaluate every course, write down courses you are sure of getting an A because you are truely prepared for them, write down courses you have not prepared for at all and make a time table. on this time table every hour most be accounted for. allocate more time to courses least prepared for.

10. Don't let your academics take your social life from you. You can write the best result and still be social.

Is all about time management.

read book on time management.

Am currently writing a CGPA of 4.55 the best in my department. As the best student of my department, I am well respected and is easy for me to ask for favours from students and lecturers. The girls are always around but trust me, someone just made mentioned of how that most of us the (bright students) are pastors or alfa, he is right. I have school Daughers. they will always ask me of my address but tell them I stay in the hostel. And for the guys, a lot of them will always want to sit with me in the exam hall. but trust me I only sit with the bright ones, remember iron sharpeneth iron and most of them will always ask me how I do it maintaining such a CGPA.
*The love I enjoy from guys of lower level.
*the recognition
*am not from a rich family, in fact I hustle from time to time to get the things I need on campus but I tell you the rich girls and guys still respect me.

Am a graphics designer and currently learning web development. After graduation Nobody will ask you what you graduate with unless when you go look for job. so as you pursue academic excellence have in mind that (this is Nigeria).

Making money in Nigeria today is hard whether you are a business person or a salary earner, you will need another source of making money. I have developed a Winning strategy in soccer betting which I call PRS pattern recognition strategy I use PRS and roll over odds strategy. With this two strategy in place, I have made some cool cash into my account and you also can make some cash too .
Now take note am not selling ebooks and am not selling my strategy to you .
what you need to make money with my strategy is PATIENCE NOTHING ELSE.
what I do is , I use the PRS to make selection of games . I play 1.2 odds every day .
I use the roll over odds strategy to roll over this 1.2 odds for 30 days and then withdraw my money from the bookies
remember the only thing you need here is patience period.
I have end 30days roll over multiple times all thanks to my PRS STRATEGY . Join me today as we bring down the bookies and for some of you that have loss to the bookies over the years is time to recover your money. Remember am not charging you for anything and don't ask me for the PRS strategy.
I just want to help my fellow punters . Join the whatsapp group

Education / If You Talk Too Much: Health Effects Of Excessive Talkativeness by michaelfriday44(m): 7:45pm On Feb 07, 2018
Can too much talking or excessive
talkativeness undermine our health?
Normal people, as one Western study
found, breathe twice as much air when
they speak. That reduces their brain CO2
and O2 stores. Long conversations with
others, on the phonem and excessive
talkativeness can thereby cause many
side effects such as, dizziness, light-
headedness, loss of concentration,
emotional instability, muscular tension,
and abnormal posture.

Furthermore, even 10-20 minutes of
continuous speaking on a cell phone
resets the breathing center to lower
arterial and brain CO2 levels promoting
hyperventilation, tissue hypoxia and
chronic diseases.

A quick calculation shows that their
average initial CP (body-oxygen test
result) was about 29 seconds. After 10
min of public speaking their average CP
was correspondent to 14 s. Hence, 10
min of speaking reduced, as one of the
side effects, their brain oxygenation
about two times. That is a great
disadvantage for mental and physical
health . For most subjects in this study,
even many minutes of rest or recovery
were not enough to completely restore
initial CO2 levels in the lungs and and
oxygen levels in body cells.

Excessive talkativeness or talking too
much produces many other devastating
side effects and promotes any chronic
disease: cancer, heart disease, diabetes,
obesity, and many others. Furthermore,
additional negative effects of modern
speaking skills include mouth breathing
(for inhalations) and thoracic breathing
(using the upper chest). Both these
factors are disadvantages that further
reduce oxygen delivery to body cells.

During lectures and public speeches, or
when just talking too much, it is
important not to take deep inhalations
between phrases (Buteyko, 1969). Dr.
Buteyko and about 180 Soviet medical
doctors (breathing practitioners)
developed other ideas described on the
web page " Speaking skills ", as a part of
the Buteyko breathing retraining method
that increases body oxygenation.
Questions. What can you say about
breathing, emotions, and postures of
these talking women? Is this picture
typical for modern times?
