How precise do you want the results to be? Do you want to carry out an exhaustive search of all such possible rows, and thus obtain every possible answer?
This seems like a combinatorial problem, and if you want an exhaustive enumeration of the problem, the cost of computing increases fast as the number of rows increases.
Also, are negative integers allowed in the rows? Are the numbers restricted to any set of numbers (integers, natural numbers, complex numbers, real numbers...).
I don't know how to implement this in a database, but you can do it in a program using a 1 x n matrix that maps to your table.

You can search using the company or employer name ,email,phone number and address .

You can check the rating people have given this particular company,so you know whether or not the company is worth your time .It also gives you an inkling of what to expect if you end up working with that company or employer.

By adding your rating of all the companies you have worked with, you would be helping anyone who wants to work where you have worked decide whether or not the company or employer would be good for them.

What's In It For You ?
Well,this app was built from ground up by an individual,so there isn't much I can give.

But isn't it wonderful knowing you would be helping other people decide whether a job is good for them or not and also avoid job scams ?

Look at the bright side ,you would also be receiving that favor in return !

Looking at it closely its a suitcase ,if you look deeper you would see a smiling face,if you turn the logo/suitcase upside down , you would see a frowning or sad face.This is significant to the core aim of the app,reducing job scams and making people apply for jobs that would make them happy or at least satisfied.
