Just realized that my whole problem is down to the UPS not being connected to electricity causing the problem. My light gets rationed so I have to rely on the UPS which for whatever reason affects the network speed and connectivity if it's not connected to electricity

Getting consistent 50+Mbps since light is restored and I connected everything to the ODUs UPS via electricity. I was using the x25 pro's UPS to power the IDU without running it via electricity.

this is so true. The UPS the ZLT came with went down and I had to use the UPS my X25 came with and there was no service all through the time. It was until NEPA came back that I changed back to the original ups that service got restored.

I don't think that the UPS could power the ODU outside

If you have any line of sight of any mast, try positioning it towards it to see if your speed improves.

I positioned it there directly but only slight improvement. Initially,it was 5mbps until I moved it to the current position

I positioned this at a place I felt would have best network but I barely exceed the 20mbps for something that is supposed to be 50mbps.

I have tested it this night to confirm what the network is but it's still poor

Buhari implemented similar policy to protect local rice farmers after giving them billions,they turned around and matched the price of foreign rice and even increased same.
