it's ok to repaint yearly with anti rust paint

It's not the best practice to cover the base plates with concrete. It's best to observe the degradation of the materials and take decisions fast. Meanwhile,12mm plates will have a minimum lifespan of about twenty five years even in Lekki

What I do is lay H channels and then drop a plain sheet where the tank will rest. The tank will be safer on a very flat surface

That’s a default setting based on your use. If you drop it to charge, it will continue fast charging until it gets to 100. If you charge and use, it will charge slowly.

15w is fast charging if the device is rated for it. If the OEM says 15w can fast charge their device, then why not?

When the battery is empty, the battery charges really fast until it gets to certain level and it will slow down to avoid explosion. The Note 7 fiasco is still fresh.

Is 15w going to be considered as fast charging?

iPhone and fast charge are not to be mentioned together. My phone with 15w takes about three hours to get full but with 45w, it takes an hour forty five minutes only.

The problem is that we usually use chargers that are underrated for the phones and complain about the deteriorating batteries

buy any 15w power bank (I have two) they don't charge phones fast.

Fast charge is usually 45w and above and there are very few power banks that will do it they usually cost 100k and above
