There's a quality I usually aim for when doing structural welding works. Bearing in mind that an accident can cost millions and sometimes ultimately life.

Look at the quality of the materials meant for the foundation of the tank stand

The painful thing is blaming the people for this thing. If government is up and doing in providing adequate security,no one will stay at home especially with the way the economy is. The only reason this sit at home is observed is due to insecurity and the ability of these destructive elements to successfully attack people and go scot-free
