On whether the community will reverse its decision if the right persons from the community are met by the Abia State government concerning the airport project, Echezolam reiterated that there will be no compromise.

Abia State Government should please respect the wishes of these people. There may be other communities that may be interested in having the proposed airport located on their own ancestral lands.
May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

the topic should be if Abia State needs an airport. If I am the president, I will ban all these proliferation of airports by state governments and government existing ones to factories. Nigeria doesn't need more than four airports to be managed by the private sector.

We should rather focus on interstate railway that will benefit everyone and aid businesses.

We keep building things that are not economically viable and we have a very poor economy. Over 70% of Nigerians won't have any use for an airport from birth to death but we keep proliferating them.

A high speed rail will move people from Imo State airport to any part of South East in less than forty five minutes

Hello December

Good morning my people and happy Sunday plus happy new month.

They should start faming. Russia, Ukraine etc are farming wheat. Malaysia is thriving on palm oil.

you don't read to understand but to argue. I'm telling you that government has removed taxes on agricultural products like wheat and other foods. So no matter what they produce, it can't be taxed

TempUser:
Then they should process their products into finished goods which would then be taxable cum encouraging industrialization in such states.

Solved!

the states that produce crude oil don't refine yet collect complete VAT. By the way, this is a very good idea but there are still loopholes which people will exploit for complaints.

Regardless, we should start and modify as we go

States rich in agriculture will suffer from this. Here's how it will affect them negatively, there's currently no taxes on agricultural products as government intends to boost food supply. So such states will be giving away the only thing they can boast of freely while others will be able to tax their own.

At the end,I pray Nigeria wins because right now, it's as if if we block one part, more areas open up

muykem:
You don't understand how things work. Nigeria had a lot of forex outstanding sentiment which we are still battling with. The good news is that we aren't increasing it by importing pms again.

na only you talk wetin I understand. Because it should be a simple economic rule. Demand and supply, PMS was our biggest import and we just removed it from the board, the effects should be seen immediately. Now, with the price steadying at 1750, it will be because of we outstanding bills to settle and that we're not adding further pressure. At least when we settle our bills, we should see the drop we're all hoping for

leg chain to me is olosho identity card

you need to retool your brain and free it from colonialism. Before oyibo, our ancestors wore beads around the waist and legs as it was a sign of significant wealth. It's still practiced today at Onitsha Anambra State. So what they did was to demonize and make everything about us become evil. And of course it worked cause tell me why you should see something your ancestors wore with pride and then say it's sign of prostitution

will everyday Americans be willing to do the dirty jobs?

I watched an interview where farm owners were complaining that they pay above minimum wage yet Americans won't accept to do the work in the field

Omo!!!

Crowd management is extremely important but unfortunately no one will be prosecuted for this and it will be swept under.

@twinskenny are there ways these can be installed without being visible. If am going to personally install cameras around the house, I won’t want the accessories visible like this.

in my opinion, I want a visible camera to discourage the potential thief psychologically from even trying. I think that way, my premises will be safe. I don't have the strength to start chasing a successful criminal through the Nigeria judiciary with only pictures as evidence.

No just come to my premises at all.

But again, this is totally my opinion and I don't know your personal reasons for keeping it hidden

The pains are very obvious on his face. May God condole everyone who is mourning

While northern terrorist sponsors are still flexing and eating fat. Wonderment.

you're mad and roaming

All the railings have been installed

If you spend 1k daily on feeding (although impossible) how much do you have left for transportation and other expenses

I want to thank the government for remembering Nnewi. This dualization of Nnewi ozubulu road is really important. Also I want the government to inform the masses that this is actually the project of the state government and umahi has no hand in it.

That being said, kindly do something about the insecurity in Anambra State. It's rather becoming too embarrassing
