Diesel should be around ₦600 and petrol around ₦150. Our economy runs on generator and we need to support our manufacturing sector with cheap energy solutions. Their increased production capacity will help us with employment and more purchasing power,help the government to actually widen the tax net to accommodate more people and make the money lost to the cheap fuel.

The rest of the crude we can sell to earn forex and the manufactured goods we can also export. China is doing something similar with their coal. This gives them competitive advantage over other countries.
