I'm so depressed as am typing down this content.
Its all about my relationship with a girl I have been dating since 2021.
on the first day I met this girl she was so amazing, she got all what I needed in a girl. she is cute, brilliant and smart, which were some of the reasons I gave in for the relationship.

As of last month we hard an exams to write and you guys know how university exams are time demanding and being focus and be prepared for the tsunami called exams, I told her we should reduce our time spent together so I will be able to be prepared for the exams cos she can not be of help to me becos of our difference, I am in computer science department and she is in English Education. she got mad at me for such a request and left my place and told me she will be going out with other guys to keep her company, after she left I called and begged her and she was still reluctant after some hours she gave a change and told me to come spend a night in her apartment, I objected BT later gave up and went to see her. In her place that night she was cool with me we were talking and gissiting until the late hours wen I slept off, I was woke up with her taps on my back asking me I should wake, when I was trying to get my self In order she gave me a slap (this is what she likes doing to me) she slaped again it was so painful I was asking her why she did that she gave me again and again I counted it, it was on the 20th I slap her back she pushed me and told me to leave her Huz that night
that I should not get close to her again that she has a new guy already. I left her Huz that night and Neva return, she called after a week to beg for forgiveness I forgive her and told her am not into it again
am tired of the way she was treating me and am happy alone BT she is still disturbing me I can't block her cos I see that as a crime .

I did the same when cement was #4000. Then I bought 100 bags, paid in full . Getting to the shop after about 2 weeks, the seller said current price of cement was #4300. No amount of fight could help the situation. I had to balance the difference before carrying the cement.
To know your fate, just go there tomorrow and say you want your cement. Some sellers wouldn’t disappoint but this inflation can change people character.

the inflation and such attitude has nothing in common. A thief is a thief and such dealers are thieves. I have insane amount of goods I have bought from dealers and whenever I need them, I just make a phone call and get them. The dealers will just complain and joke about how I profited from it.

If prices dropped, they won't refund it so why should they increase their prices after full payment have been made?

It all depends on the government. If they can tame the dollar crisis and provide the foreign currency for imports, or ramp up local production. It will reduce cement prices.
