With my own little knowledge I think associated gases from oil wells are not much when compared to real natural gas wells..... Lagos has got Oil but I doubt if the dissolved gas content is high....

THIS IS SHOWN ON D CURRENCY BY WHICH WE EXCHANGE FOR GOODS IN D INTERNATIONAL MARKET WHICH IS DOLLAR. BY SO DOING, D GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO RUN PROJECTS, PAY WORKERS AND STUFF.

The issues that affect our pump price are crude price and forex (dollar) price. The govt has devalued the naira to 285/$.
So, petrol was imported at 199, giving N87/l. But though crude prices dropped, dollar is now N285. Hence the increased pump price.

1. Why would the price drop down to 50% and u still make profits? This is because the cost of the essential raw material which is crude dropped drastically. This is understandable and it is the right thing to do.


2. What I don't understand is why Nigerian government has kept on buying other petroleum products (AGO,PMS and kerosene) @ the same price they used to buy it when the prices of the raw material (crude) was above $100/barrel, now that it has dropped to $50/barrel?

If u apply the logic in my question 1 above on question 2, u all will agree with me that the prices of all petroleum products should automatically drop by @least 50%.the very same way the prices of LNG dropped by 50%. After all, na the same raw material dem d use produce both commodities.


So, why is naija still buying @ inflated prices? Or can't they negotiate? Abi dem no mind weda it's citizens are suffering or not?

But spectranet only give you half of the stated data 40GB is 20GB on usage.. Don't know if it is still like that..

Data zapping is true.... burn rate of data plans on different networks are different.

True. I'm will never underestimate doctors and as matter of fact, i actually do admire the years of hardwork being put into becoming a doctor. That been said, Nursing isn't also a major that one should underestimate, and is no longer that easy to obtain. It also requires years of coursework, clinicals and dedication. You can only try, people who are not of the profession may still not understand. People generally see lab/ward coats as belonging to Doctors, so even if a registered nurse has it on most will still call him/her Doctor just like the way "Engineer" is abused nowadays. A roadside phone repairer will answer Engineer, but Engineering graduates know better.... You've made your point!

After contacting the Airtel Care, they could only say they count their data specially for Android devices as the plan was originally intended for Blackberry devices.

Needless to say, that was the first and last time I tried out that plan. "Not all that glitters is gold" and "cheap things can be very costly" are two chronically wise sayings.

I have other lines I use as well. I stopped using the glo two months ago. No matter how much they cheat, So far, this still beats the others when it comes to the lower monthly plans for now. Will switch as soon as the plan becomes redundant(which is the way of airtel).

FOR EVERY 1MB YOU USE THEY DEDUCT 2MB(double) FROM UR DATA BALANCE, which means that by the time you've used up 1.5gig ur 3gig would have finished. You can do the math yourself... For the new MTN 1k for 1.5gig, they deduct the data normally and likewise etisalat too.. SO WOULD U STICK TO THE LIE AIRTEL SELLS TO YOU OR GO FOR REAL 1.5GIG DATA AT A LESSER PRICE? YOUR CHOICE
