The verification code is on the certificate and you can verify the genuineness and classes of the degree For laurech, I can still login into my student portal on the school website till today. GRADUATED is boldly written there. |

Theama: Not a mathematics(pure or physical science) student but...
√X + √X = √8
X^½ + X^½= 8^½
(note "^" is symbol for "raised to the power of"...)
2(X^½) = 8^½
X^½= (8^½)/(2)
X= (8^½)²/(2)²
X=8/4
X=2
I feel a little bit embarrassed forgetting how to use Surds form. Assume this to be method 2
At least, to God be the glory I arrived at an answer. Just assign the √x = a. Replace all √x with "a" and solve it. |

Sheuns: He said, “We talked about our economy, that it needs foreign investments. These roads are going to be constructed with concrete pavements, and it’s CPC+F, which means that there is foreign investment that will come in, and this foreign investment will strengthen and stabilize the naira.“
People that can explain this statement better should enlighten us. I tried to google what CPC+F means and it’s engineering related. I question this idea because whoever is awarded the contract is primarily driven by maximizing profit. It's a common mistake many make. I remember laughing when everyone was hopeful about Dangote's refinery turning things around. They're not doing this for the benefit of Nigerians; it's about making significant profits. Regarding CPC+F, it stands for Cost Per Conversion + Fixed Fee. This entails the contractor getting paid for each specified length of road successfully built, with an additional agreed-upon sum upon project completion. |

SoNature: If you want naira to grow in Nigeria, ban all Nigeria-based businesses from asking for payments in USD. If they won't accept naira from Nigerians, pack up and leave.
Then, criminalise and punish those seen with foreign currency in this country. People who are paid in foreign currency can sell their USD as digital currency and not carry the physical cash.
Unfortunately, this cannot happen here because politicians and their friends are the first set of culprits. When you see the government folks chasing Binance and AbokiFX up and down, they are just looking for ways to distract Nigerians - they know this. I was gearing up to reply you. I'm glad your write-up is balanced. |

matify83: A 100Ah battery should be your basic minimum.
Even if you intend using it mostly during the day, it still doesn't negate the fact that the battery must be fully charged each day after use.
I will advocate you get a 30A mppt charger but scalability will be difficult beyond a certain threshold in future. thanks 🙏🙏 |

bobbiiee: For me AGO is more important than we think. Most food produce are transported by vehicles using AGO. Most heavy duty machines are designed to run on diesel. Mechanized farming and AGO are inseparable. Most times we buy items like yam, pepper, tomatoes, that have travelled hundreds of kilometres, we pay indirectly for the AGO. I transported gypsum board, profile & some other building material from Ajah to Benin for 280k about 3 years ago. This year when i approached the same transporter he asked me to pay 700k. AGO is key to the construction industry 🏗️, no doubt. |

AqualinaXYZ: You dey whine transportation and business owners who uses generator?
Make una dey defend crippled frog Lol. You're obviously ignorant. AGO is very important to manufacturing, construction, logistics and haulage. Both AGO and PMS are equally important. Let me use our mobile networks as an example. They don't use PMS to power any of their network masts. AGO is what they use. |

matify83: You may just be the one edging op to self destruction.
I'm perplexed that you can say what you just typed.
A PWM charge controller does not have the efficiency of converting excess voltage to charging current like an mppt does.
PWM charge controllers are very poor in charging when devices are used simultaneously unlike mppt chargers.
Also, for the specification @op is requesting for, increasing the voltage or numbers of the panel is a wasted effort because the pwm will reduce it to match the battery voltage and waste the excess hence it's low efficiency.
For op to even use 2-3 panels for a 12v battery on a pwm, they must be connected in parallel to boast current and keep voltage at the level of a single panel or else the pwm will go up in smoke.
With all these considerations, if you still wish @op to go ahead with the obvious "white elephant" project, I wish him safe trip.
I'm totally off grid for 6 years now and I know what's at play here. Hello bro. Can you point me in the direction of the MPPT charge controller or post a picture here. Also, what's your submission about buying a 100ah or less battery if one is to use it majorly during the afternoons. I'm looking at getting them in bits for installation later. |
Science/Technology › Re: I Have 350k, Can I Install A Single Solar Panel For My Appliances? by micxwell(m): 10:20am On Apr 21, 2024 |
nihinlade: My Guy 350k is too small.
What you can do to help your self, if you are not totally off grid (meaning that you still usually have power once in a while)
Buy Tubular Battery. One good Tubular Battery should be around 200k, find out how much now.
And buy a good inverter around of around 100k.
Use the remaining 50k to buy wire and run its own outlets and light points. You will still have some change from the 50k.
This is called an inverter system. Charge it with light and generator fully and it can take you 1 or 2 days before it needs recharge with those little appliances. It will reduce fuel consumption.
But you will still need to be recharging with generator if there is no light.
But if you want to stay away from generator for a long time. You need like another 400k to get solar panels and MPPT solar charger.
For example, I just switched on my Generator 3 days ago and that is the first time in 2 months. And it was because that day there was no sunshine and we still put laptop, TV, 4 lightbulbs, 2 fans etc on it.
Since you don't have the money, do inverter system first. Then later look for additional 400k and then connect it to solar system.
In all you will spend around 750k but you can split it into 350k for inverter, continue to use till you have another money for solar charger.
MPPT Solar charger was N155k when I bought. Don't know how much now. Don't buy PWT as someone suggested, you will not like it.
300watt solar panel is around 80k to 90k and you need at least 2. One cannot do it at all. You be man 👍 |

Available9: I have not had light for two days now, I bought units at the new increased price...so what band is that ? That's the painful thing. I use roughly 50 to 70 kW in my house. I will easily pay that if we have constant electricity. The truth is, even with that amount, people will manage to pay if they know they'll enjoy an uninterrupted power supply. |
