udumosam23: They got private jets to fly around the world. Yet complains of distant relationship. It funny how people think wealth is everything. I don't have much, my wife lives in PH, and I live in Ugep, yet we feel so close. It's not about the distant, it's the affection.
To be candid both of them have failed and they have no excuse for it. Not both. Man carries 90% of the responsibility in this case. |

Sanchez01: Casting aspersions on the poor woman already. Is this how you blame 'your wife' everytime you fail to measure up?
Chris and Anita's case is what most pastors would preach against during minsterial/leadership trainings. 'A pastor who succeeds in his ministry but fails to hold his family together has failed in all'. He neglected the poor woman in the name of God's work and ended up turning the church against her after the divorce for 'being carnal' just because she raised concerns about her physical needs and how her husband has denied her.
And there is the case of Adultery - Anita accused Pastor Chris of having an extra marital affair with his secretary whom he spends time with the most. She blew hot and claimed she had proofs before reports of Church elders visited her to 'hear her side of the story' and everything died down.
I have always been a fan of Pastor Chris. As a matter of fact, I believe he is the best teacher of the Word ever to come out of Nigeria. But he failed. Couples have needs, mostly physical obligations to themselves. If he could believe the wife was 'carnal' for voicing her mind then I strongly pity every young, single believer who take counseling from a Church as Christ Embassy. Pastor Chris failed. God bless you. I know one of the top bishops in this country that tried reconciling them together and reports he came. Back with. You're on spot 100%.i won't say more. Every word you spoke is the pure truth. Emotional blackmail |

Hermionegranger: You should not be quick to judge her. I don't think it was easy for her to ask for a divorce. She didn't want to stay in an uncommitted relationship with her husband even though clearly she loves him. Loneliness in a relationship is one of the worst things you can go through and it's better to be single than to be in that kind of relationship. Believe me I've been there She probably asked for a divorce hoping it would make him come to his senses and realised he was neglecting her but the man was already far gone. She had to see it to the end because his non protest of the divorce showed he didn't care anymore. His thirst for power and influence was more important than his marriage. Thirst for power and influence my sister, and men camoflauge it under all sort of goodies to. Make it goodly. I didn't accuse anyone or call names o. I said men |

Well don't know what to say...
God uses pastor Chris to perform miracles yes
Is pastor Chris perfect Capital No
Whose at fault only God knows..
The man doesn't want a divorce and is. Moving on with the work of God.
The woman has moved on, and keeps referring to her past.
She's bent on using this stain on pastor chris every opportunity she gets
There's nothing major In life apart from God..we all know what it means when people try to show how happy and how much their enjoying on social media..it always means their misrable in reality..that says a lot about this lady anyways may God heal them.
Bit most importantly she should be mature enough to know she's fighting the church (God) with this her actions...some one mentioned about her attitude, the above says a lot
God de Absolving pastor of stain but staining the woman. What an excellent discerned of truth you are. Well done |

jampro123: None of you replying are married, have you asked yourself what made the man to travel? Before a man dies emotionally go and check the wife that he is married to. Most men are good husbands but the attitudes of these wivies drive them towards a direction that they will start to find happiness elsewhere. Stop saying rubbish abeg. Re-read the phone conversation. Should couples keep malice or emotional distance? Please guy |

Tallesty1: Like, there's no land to erect office buildings, factories and other economic hubs?
Tell your government to step up and stop blaming churches for our misfortunes. If you close down churches, we will have more jobless people, church owned nursery and primary, secondary schools, polytechnics and universities(which are doing better than government schools) will close down.
Advanced nation's didn't get where they're by closing down churches, their government worked, still work. If Nigeria government get things right, we will have less people with financial problems which is most times the reason people go to church. Brilliant oerspective |
