1st. How do they know it's IPOB? So me that am in South West, I can make a video wearing mask and shout IPOB, then I am auto IPOB. Don't get me wrong, I also don't support IPOB or ESN or MZK.
But why is it that any atrocity that comes up in SE is blamed on IPOB and ESN?
