I cleared the cache and cookies of my chrome browser, and replace image extension JPG (Capital Letters) to jpg (Smaller Letters). Then it worked thanks for your concern boss.

38kb for Passport and 30kb for signature and I am using chrome on laptop.

Secondly would the images show on the frame after uploading them? Because it wasn't showing while my Waec results reflected after i uploaded it.

they will show after you upload them, are you using your phone to do it?

guys,pls see me see my reg o,i tried using atm card to pay bt d result was error i later went to bank up til now d result i got was "none of your payment was sucessful" i called d no bt d woman didnt pick up the call. I even went bk again 2 change password bt i stil got d same reply.whats happening?

this also happened to me...but the cafe man kept on trying it ...at last I was able to pay online...u should have been patience, bank own is more complex...wsh u good luck
