Actually, I think he did. The internet is available to children now, however with a great level of parental guidance to avoid illegal pages. And yes, there are some educational data plans for children from all these telecommunication providers. The parents just need to restrict some webpages and time usage. For e.g my daughter spends 1 hour on the internet after school and after assignment. Thereafter, her tab is seized, and I know her level of written and spoken English is beyond me. Another thing I'll like you to know is that this job is not a do-or-die for me. God's willing, I have other sources of income, which to the best of my understanding are recession proof. These sources generate adequate funds to cater for my present and future needs and do not take much of my time. In fact, most of the tasks is done by my associates. My pursuing a career in the government sector is to secure a position for my children. What's happening now is child's play compared to how it will be in 20, 25 years time. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel if I'm holding a senior position in a government establishment, it will be a little easy to fix my children up.

The e.g you gave is how I used to calculate the percentage.

I actually used a cam scanner to scan all my files into one PDF file. I think it turned out perfect and much more than I thought. Princeofparis actually gave a good suggestion too.

His result in his unofficial transcript will be an exception of his final year result because NO university will release final year transcript unofficially, rather, they make your REQUEST for it Officially. If you go through their career section, there is a part where they mentioned that if you do not have the full transcript of each level, you can send the unofficial ones you have, and then ask your university to send the official transcript to them. This implies that McKinsey and company itself know that it is possible you do not have the complete version of your university transcript hence the requirement for an official transcript from your university.

Second scenario is this, even if you do have your complete transcript ( I do know universities that after students request for transcript, they give it to them in person, and I also know universities that will not give official transcript to the student, they will rather send it to the places that they need it which is usually work related or school related) the company still will ask you to get your school to send your transcript to them, for confirmation of your claims in the unofficial transcript sent to them.

so yes, he can send the unofficial transcript he has.
