Y'all should know that your collection mail will drop about a week to your planned travel date (as filled on the application form). Priority/Super Priority will only make decision faster. So if your planned travel date is still far away, just calm down.

going by this logic i should get collection mail tomorrow then cos i filled i plan to arrive the uk on the 7th

I had my biometrics on the 2nd of dec for a priority visa, got decision mail on the 4th dec, I got another decision mail on the 8th of dec, since then I have been waiting for collection mail, nothing. I have visited TLS almost every day, they said they don't have my passport yet. I have emailed and called UKVI almost everyday too, on the 21st the call agent said they will escalate the issue, and nothing yet. The thing with the call centre is that those guys really have no idea about the situation, they are just Sitel contracted staffs.

What can I do now? Almost a month for a priority visa

Calling ukvi about your application is a waste of time and money.

You don’t even get to speak to the folks handling your application. You just speak to Indians who’ll most likely give you a case number and ask you to wait for another 15 days.

Relax, these people know what they are doing, you’ll get back your passport soon.

Got decision mail on 21st, tracked my application its showing received by DMC...not even sent to VAC

Got decision mail on the 11th my own is still showing received by DMC

Collection mail is faster in Abuja compared with Ikeja tls. Most of those people that received decision mail on 21st are still waiting for collection mail till now

they were quite shocked i had not received my passport back

they said to give it 15 working days before they escalate

the 15 working days ends next tuesday because of the holidays

Hi, have you gotten your visa? I learnt of a lady that had similar issue with you. She called them and also went to her biometrics center. Alas! Her visa was right there.

I guess tracking through the link to your visa application is more detailed unlike the app.

Have you called them? Have you tracked it? Have you been to their office?

Sign in to your application and click on provide documents and biometrics then track it. You’ll see it there.
