2) If you are in London, she must show GBP 7605 otherwise GBP 6120

4) It must be in her account or your joint account if you have and you will need to write a consent letter if it is joint account. To avoid stress, let her put the money in her account.

5)Return ticket is left for you to specify the date you want to return. I will recommend you buy a return ticket to travel now and return for your wedding. Prior to returning to the UK after your wedding, you can buy another ticket (It could be one way or return). Buy the ticket earlier.

6)If you will do court wedding(Registry) you don't need any other evidence except you wish to add your wedding pictures. Otherwise, pictures(prewedding, wedding and post wedding) are needed, change of name from High court and Newspaper publication(If she will change her name) just to support your application.

Islam doesn't permit me to do court wedding/registry or compel my wife to change her surname. We attached other pieces of evidence including our daughter's naming picture and birth certificate.

he’s a paper applicant( which means he submitted his passport)
he got refused
because he linked his application online he found out he had been refused online. hence the reason i asked if after the refusal he had been able to get his passport back.

you don’t need to drop your unwanted two cents on every thing.

You welcome. I deferred like you to January 2021 but I got a request for medicals yesterday. I have contacted my school if there is still space for me this September if its negative then I will wait till January.

There is nothing wrong with your application. The delay is as a result of covid-19 they stopped handling paper applications since march. I am in the same boat with you, I applied same day.. They have been some positive news the past week, some paper applicants from February have gotten response. If you haven't deferred to January I think you should.

When did you apply cos it seems the review is still in progress. Maybe you applied for your notes too early.

God is good.

The note says: He said 27yrs old male single no support significant previous travel to access as a positive factor, no support for any employment , mothers account noted. To study college certificate.
The applicant’s rational for studies given past and current education and employment has failed to satisfy me that the expense doesn’t justify the potential for improved career possibilities in applicant country of citizenship or current residence to present an incentive to leave Canada. Overall weak family and economic ties to of citizenship and current residence to provide incentive to leave at the end of any authorized stay.

Good day guys, gurus in the house help me decipher my gcmsnotes o, just got it today after applying since April, on the eligibility part, I saw recommend interview and I don't think Nigeria does interview for visa application. Guys pls kindly explain what does that means ?

I applied for Canada study visa but was denied. Sir to Covid-19 pandemic leading to business lockdown and restrictions as you know I havent been able to retrieve my passport from vfs office and Canadian embassy.
Due to urgent need for application to another country I am planning to declare the passport missing then replace it at passport office following the process. Someone had told me that that can land me on travel ban for 5 years.
Do you think same too? Do you think there could be huge penalties to That? Please advice me candidly!

Wow. Nice. PresentLY, The Embassies are reopening but the VAC centers are not.
Each embassy controls it region. For instance, Senegal opened Monday 31st.
Sure Kenya has an embassy and not a VAC center so they are reopening.
I think people with paper applications can check in at the courrier service.
