Pls no university in canada will admit you with a 2.2.. your best bet Is a PGD/PGC.. pls ignore that fraud.
It’s not called pre-mba it’s called MBA foundation.
And it’s actually correct.

You guys should always make extensive research before dropping your two cents in every matter here

Hi guys quick question.

When I want to send a CSE form explaining that my application has passed the normal processing time is it okay to include “ I’m sorry I am sending this but I’ve attached an unconditional offer letter from a university in the uk and your decision on my application determines if I get to pay the tuition fees as the fees are already being demanded inorder to secure my place for the September intake”

I don’t want a situation where I’d sound cocky and rude

Hello Mr Frankrobbn1 and everyone else. I specifically mentioned the above BC I'm new and i don't know how to post independently yet so i quoted him. I'd appreciate if everyone would give me an input bc I'm currently going gaga.

I applied first in Jan and got denied in Feb. Refusal Details being: "current employment situation and family ties in home country and in Canada"

Here's my profile:
I'm 23(24 by October) No tertiary education yet, i have an 8 year gap from end of secondary schl up till 2020.
I've been working since 2016 as an ict staff at an energy company, learning software dev. And volunteering at a local book club
SOA= 11,200usd + 13M , sponsor is mum, 2yr fees + living expenses is way less than the total of what i presented so money aint issue.
I gained adms at NBCC for a 2yr diploma in network administration for Fall 2020,
I had my sponsor write a letter too including my SOP , waec, family properties including a land Doc in my name, mum's last designation and salary increase.

I reapplied on 4th of march with all info above and added
Proof of family ties which include: Dad and mum's employment proof, my birth certificate and that of entire family, each member of family's local govt of origin cert
I also added proof of employment which include : Employment letter, confirmation letter, ID, Leave approval for duration of study from my employer and also indicated that i hv been denied bfr above.

This morning i got a BVL and from what I've been reading from y'all, BVL before medicals is likely a rejection which is my case at the moment. My mind is tricking me to think its bc of corona and no one would be reasonable to send a medical form at the moment.

Sorry for my very long post, Help a brother everyone

And pls how do i order GMCS notes
Hi please did you apply online or on paper.. Cos I applied March 4th too and no response yet it’s my third application

You have missed out an important information. What was your previous course of study at HND level and what program are you going for in Connestoga? What was your role in your former company and what are you doing at the moment?

Also I did not see in your list any property owned by your dad or you.

My suggestion

You have a very good sponsor, Family sponsorship is always the best. If you are thorough with your next application, you should be saying hi to your family from Kitchener by summer. Your father also has a business that can serve as home ties for you. Unfortunately, you did not mention the program you were offered in Connestoga. I wanted to see the possibility of linking it to your family business.

Also, work on your SOP. Did you get anyone to check and proof read your SOP? Did your father write an LOE on your behalf? This is very important.
Hi please What if I’m Able to prove I work for my dad with my appointment letter, and a letter from my dad saying he’s expecting me back after my MBA to take managerial position in the business through my LOE

Would that help in tackling home ties and current employment situation ?

Congratulations to you bro @Adiekwe1. I knew a day like this would come and I'm happy it worked for you too. Thank God I'm finally free from your incessant calls and text messages cheesy. I'm honoured by thy best wishes and prayers from you. God bless us all as we continue to put smiles on the faces of others.

To those that were rejected, don't give up, be committed to the process and always seek counsel from the knowledgeable members of this thread.

I hope you know that University to Canada West is a private university and as such, it doesn't qualify you for PGWP upon graduation.
No I disagree. Please let’s make proper findings before saying the wrong things

Hi guys, while I was going through the thread I saw something that caught my eye and it was about changing course when your visa is delayed.

So my question is.. are you saying it’s wrong for someone who applied for logistics and supply chain management in fanshawe college and got his/her visa delayed the first time to reapply with admission letter for MBA from another university ?

Hey guys, after almost 5 months of waiting, sigh. Visa was denied/delayed based on purpose of visit and family ties in home country. But will keep the faith and reapply.

You applied for your visa and your application has exceeded the estimated processing times for Nigerian applicants after completing medicals? Below is a sample mail written by me, send it across to Kenya, Nairobi Immigration office via this email; nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca so they could expedite the processing of your application.

APPLICATION EXCEEDED THE NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES

Dear Sir/Ma,

I am writing to notify you that my application for a study permit which was submitted on the DD/MM/YYYY has exceeded its 6th weeks of estimated processing times. I am a successful candidate for the Master of XXXXXXX program at the University of XXXXXXX for the Winter 2020 academic session, which will be commencing on the 6th of January, 2020.

I have successfully undergone the medical examination on the DD/MM/YYYY that was requested by Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on the DD/MM/YYYY

I am deeply worried about the delayed update on the status of my study permit application and I fear that I may lose my admission for the Winter 2020 academic session because University of XXXXXXX does NOT offer any option for deferral to a spring start date or a late January start date on its Master of XXXXXXX program. Please kindly bear in mind the challenges of making travel plans and settling down in a new country as an international student.

Thus, I am humbly appeal that my application is processed and finalized and a decision communicated to me within the shortest timeframe possible before the resumption date of my program.

Thank you immensely for the efforts that has been put in so far and the progress gained in my application.

I earnestly anticipate your kind response.

Yours Sincerely,

XXXXXXXXXXX

I hope this helps? My best wishes are with you.

It will end in praises.
Than you

There is a huge progress in your application. Following this, I would suggest you raise a CSE to the Kenya, Nairobi Immigration Office explaining to them that you've provided the documents they requested for on the DD/MM/YYYY and since then there haven't been any staggering response from their office as well as clearly stating that your application has exceeded the estimated processing times for Nigerian Applicants and further requesting that they should expedite the processing of your VISA. Lastly, thank them for the time devoted to the processing of your application.

CONTACT : The Kenya (Nairobi) Immigration department via this email: nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca

The subject of the mail should bear APPLICATION UPDATE, along side the applicant's FULL NAME, UCI NUMBER, APPLICATION NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH.

Also send your enquiry via THE NAIROBI WEB FORM.

All the best
Good day Mr frank, I will like to know how to start the mail to them, my application will be 5 months and still no response from them. Thank you

Hi guys, I’ve been a silent reader for a while now.. here’s my own case
I applied July 14
And since I had been to Canada before I didn’t need biometrics
Then. September 2 they got back to me and asked for a new passport since my old one was expiring in February 2020 and then they asked for another bank statement Cos the one submitted only had introduction letter but no bank stamp.

I submitted the two required documents September 9 and till today I haven’t heard from them.
Please what can I dohuh
