received decision mail on the 11th
still awaiting collection mail

I believe that if TLS has it already, you'd have been sent a collection mail except it's a case of TLS being too busy to have sorted all passports sent back to them. Going tomorrow is 50/50 as it might or might not be with them yet.

I'd advise that you do it by yourself to avoid stories that touch because not every agent will fill in the correct information on your application.

I got my collection mail this morning and picked up my visa today. Biometrics (11th December) priority. Decision mail on the 15th, collection mail and pick up 17th.

Good day house. I paid for priority service and did my biometric on the 1st of Dec. Got decision mail 10th, till now no collection mail. I don't think this priority service is for Nigerians oo. Priority service is 5 working days nd 10 working days nothing..
Please do we have anyone who did biometric on the 1st of Dec that have collected passport back? The tension is high here .. I do refresh email everything minutes. God no go shame us.
