Yes, there was an Explosion in a border, Russian Village and people were evacuated.
The explosion, from all indications in the report, was a sort of bomb.
It could have been an Ukrainian "sleeper Cell" that planted it but it is certainly not an Ukrainian Missile.

Russia has one of the best Air defense System (The S-X00).
It has sold the least of them, the S-300 to Belarus and installed it in Syria, shooting down any NATO/America or Israeli Missiles coming towards President Assad of Syria's Damascus. Russia recent;y sold an advanced Version of it, the S-400, to Turkey. America said Turkey should transfer that Air Defense system to Ukraine, about a week ago, Turkey asked America to eff-off, it wont transfer anything to Ukraine.
Turkey rather reminded america of the way it treacherously denied it of a share of the F-35 Stealth Fighter jet they developed together, for which Turkey invested Billions of Dollars into the project nut America kicked it out "unilaterally", when the Fighter Jet was ready for production!

Finally, Russia itself has kept the 'Capo-di-Capi of them all, to itself, The S-500.
It is the most advanced Air defense System in the world. Five times better than the Patriot Missile of America and Russia is not selling to anyone.

Now, where on Earth will Ukriane get a Missile Syste, that would penetrate Russian Air Space and beat the S-500 Air Defense System?
Maybe Aliens have supplied Weapons to Ukraine, l cannot confirm.
