I won't take this narrative. Before Madrid appointed Zidane, they had tried several other coaches who failed, novice Zidane came in and won the UCL 3x in a row. Coaches who manage small teams have less pressure,not much is expected. But for big teams, the pressure is overwhelming, it sank Lampard, even Potter and a few others.
