His administration is it only fly over development that will uplift the people.

Ibom Airline alone has employed over 1,500 Akwa Ibomites, the Coconut oil factory employed a 1000, they are 50 youths who are abroad in Germany on a training on Aircraft maintenance and aeronautical engineering all sponsored by the Government. All internal roads and bridges construction were given to Indigenous Contractors strictly from the state.

There is an ongoing training conducted by an Israeli Company Meshack Automobiles in Itu local Government training people on vehicle manufacturing and Speed Boat manufacturing, Mobile Producing Company Gives an annual Exams for entry level and training to Akwa Ibomites yet only few people are able to pass the exam.

Presently Youths in Akwa Ibom are in to Tech, the there is an ongoing Trainings for aspiring Programmers, cyber security Analyst, coders, data analysis, UI &UX designer etc present in Future Labs in Ikot ekpene, Root hub and Start Hub Innovation in Uyo to develop the youths in the tech ecosystem
