Thanks ,Lagos VFS. It took 24 days from submission, just a stamp no letter. Its only when rejected you get a letter.

. If when filling your visa application form. The place where it says duration of visa. Where you pick between 6 months to one year and more than one year. My course is 18 months so I picked more than one year. And I picked cash and credit card. Will this be a problem for me ?

I also picked more than a year but I only picked cash as mentioned by campus France in the checklist

I am thinking of going through business conference not vacation anymore.. thanks

This is the same reason they gave 5 people applying for student visa in Abuja

Please what can i do if the embassy is yet to send back my passport it's already a month now. They sent me a mail for additional information which I responded,till now they didn't respond or acknowledge it. Yet I have not gotten back my passport from them

Please gurus, I received this mail 3 days after I submitted my application at VFS and I haven’t received any other message or mail from them ever since then. Please who knows what this means?. I learned there’s supposed to be another mail stating that the embassy has received it and the processing one, It’s been 12 days since I submitted at VFS Abuja.

Check the VFS tracker, sometimes the mail takes time

I think I have an idea,you mentioned you were denied tourist visa earlier in January right?
Now you applied for study in August,from what I have heard it raises a flag for consulate as it shows education might not really be your intention.

To be honest I have no idea,cos they saying it was not reliable is confusing,as long as you submitted the right documents I see no reason why you should be denied.

I have been able to reach another student who got the same mail in 2019. She also was going for a two years course,so it's a generii

1. Are you sponsoring yourself or you have a sponsor?
2. How did you prepare the sponsorship letter? Did you use the template from Campus France or you use the individuals sponsorship letter?
3. If you used the sponsorship template from campus France, did you get it notarized?

I am self sponsored and I just got details from two other students who are being sponsored got the same mail too.
I don't know if it's because our course is for two years or because we are all going to a private business school.
As anyone experienced this before.

Yes I did and attached the Campus France confirmation document and also my bank statements in Naira and USD.

You applied last week for a long stay study visa at Burgundy School of Business.
In order to complete and to proceed your file, could you explain to us what will be your finances during your study ?? Could you show us how did you have determined your monthly budget ?? Do you have any family financial support or any sponsorship ??

I got my student visa last week about 3 days after submission in Abuja and this is my story

I am a first timer, virgin passport holder (yes my old passport got stolen in SA so I basically have no travel history…)

I am a student and applied for a long stay (D) visa

I applied directly to my school and followed the campus France procedure afterwards so all the documents I submitted are as stated in my campus France guide list. I will attach it here

I was given 1 year multiple entry visa.

I used my sister as my sponsor and showed money deposited in my bank account from her.
(615 euros x 12 + some extra very small)

She ISN’T based in France or Nigeria, but also in Europe so CF mandated that she transfers the money into my own account. I mentioned this because it’s a new rule so take note

I also already paid DEPOSIT (first installment of 3) of my tuition

I saw same...I did take the test and same score I got initially after it. Even after taking the test again, I am still seeing take test.

I guess it is not something to worry about.
