Someone here recommended a book to me and it is really good. Im making my way through it now. The simple art of not giving a f--- by Mark Manson. Read it and tell me what you think.
This is what Ive learned about life, never say what you wont do. If you say you wouldnt or could never do something then you have already been deceived. This is why I try not to condemn others.
Just trying to think of a way to channel some of that energy. Do you write or paint?

I read you are in another country. Have you thought about creating a travel diary about your experiences, food, culture, people etc? I think that would be a very positive and empowering thing for you. I would read it and others too.
